Tracy was really helpful and got a replacement item organised. I wasn’t expecting it due to it being literally days before Christmas. However to my surprise the item arrived on Christmas Eve!

Had issues with Redring shower, no/little heat, within a few hours of contacting and speaking to Zoe, have replacement promised. Several emails inbetween but all answered swiftly and efficiently, with pertinent questions and information.

We had a problem with our REDRING shower. Red light flashing inside . No display or water coming through.
Zoe the customer service helper was fantastic on phone calls and email. She suggested we try a new PCB ( mother board) it arrived through Evri extremely quickly. We have yet to get a registered plumber to try and see if it is that. If not Zoe said to contact again to sort. Great customer service. Thankyou xx

I dont normally do reviews but after the great service ive had i felt i must, i cant thank Tracy enough, every email she repied back to me quuckly keeing me updated in what was going on and getting a very worrying problem for two 90 year olds sorted. Great customer service.

I sent them an email about a flow valve leak and they told me it was not covered by guaranty and that I should take it up with my installer. My installer has advised me to take off the hose and fit a blanking cap. I measured the drip and it was 7.4 litres per hour. On a 30 day month that would cost £16 in extra water charges.
At the moment I am using a mixer tap for my shower. That does not drip afterwards.
I am waiting for a response by the installer. A brand new unit should not fail after installation.
The product manual and the response of the company are a clear breach of 2016 Consumer rights act because there are unfair terms. They should recall all their Bright shower units and fit a redesigned control valve
My Redring water heater had a problem contacted the service they were very helpful ,gave the problem and all the information on the unit,a few days they sent a new unit under warranty,it was a real pleasure dealing with this company

When i called customer service with a question about my shower I expected to be fobbed off like so many other company's do but I must say that redoing surprised me. The technical support, understanding and attitude of the ladies that I spoke to was a pleasant surprise and I got the answers to my questions and more. It is quite rare in the industry to come across a person so understanding, efficient and easy to deal with. Clare did not only go above and beyond to help solve the issue with the shower in question, she also stayed in contact throughout with updates, can only say what a pleasure hope she gets the recognition she thoroughly deserves
