We had an excellent experience at the Raymour & Flanigan store in Rockaway, NJ, thanks to Ally Davaria! She was absolutely amazing, friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful throughout our visit.

We had lots of questions and even tried several different mattresses. Ally took the time to explain the differences, answer every question thoroughly, and helped us find exactly what we were looking for without ever making us feel pressured.

Because of her outstanding customer service and expertise, we felt confident in our decision and ended up making a purchase. She truly made the entire shopping experience enjoyable. If you’re shopping at the Rockaway store, I highly recommend asking for Ally.

My sales person was Scott Hyslop. Who took the time to show me different examples of what I was looking for. Went over my needs with explanation and detail. What I appreciated most. There was no instant pressure to purchase. Which gave me time to research and think about my purchase. Which made me want to return and make my purchase at your store.

My salesman, Rocco, was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I had already researched on line my choices and was pleased with the positive ratings. I made my selection on a Friday and delivery was on Monday. I have purchased furniture many times from R&F and have always been pleased. Thank you for another great experience.

There are so many furnitures and such to choose from and is easy to do online. They have been very good in responding and taking care of me whether its the staff, customer services and the delivery services. I highly recommend Raymour & Flanigan.

The sales reps was very helpful in helping us confirm our order and uodating our delivery date. However, the workmanship on the product is terrible. The headboard was apparently split before shipping and heavily glued and the holes for assembling the headboard do not line up. Very disappointing 😞

I was shopping online for a new mattress. I had 3/4 tabs open comparing price and availability. RF was showing the beauty rest I was looking for. I used a chat forum to ask a couple questions. I was told it could be shipped next day so even though it was significantly more $ I went ahead and ordered it. The next day I recd an email that the item would not be available for 2/3 weeks. I initiated this sale on 8/1. Its now 8/4 and NO communication.
