Worked with Kelly Roth out of the Wilkes-Barre, PA Raymour and she was super patient in working with my family to select the furniture. She took us around the showroom and brought us to what we asked to look at. She went above and beyond ensuring everything was handled appropriately from the selection, purchase and delivery. The manager guided me through various mattresses I was exploring pointing out the pros and cons with reference to my needs. He was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and displayed a sense of humor. His information helped me decide which mattress I chose. The only disappointment I had was no feedback at all when I suggested customers should be made aware of certain information when purchasing an electronic power base. Just now, after making the new bed (mattress) the bed frame caught on the power base coming down with such force; it seems the mattress is too large in width for the power base therefore I had to dismantle my Pennsylvania House cherry bed frame.

Javier was a very helpful consultant,knowledgeable about the furniture and also aware of our needs .

Jason Rodriguez was an excellent consultant. He was a pleasure to work with.

Bill was extremely helpful and not pushy. He allowed us to take our time and look around the showroom floor without interruption. If we had a question he was available and it made for a wonderful shopping experience.

Our Raymour consultant Javier made our experience there an enjoyable experience. He did not pressure us, was very personable, and listened to our needs. He went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted. We decided on a floor model of a bed for our daughter that was in great shape, but we were not going to be able to take it home that day. He worked his magic and we were able to take it home that day; he helped with everything to get it into our vehicle, and made sure we were happy with everything. He was also so good with our daughter and included her in the experience too. We will definitely do business with him again when we are ready to buy more furniture. I can’t say enough good things about him. If you go to get furniture make sure you ask for him you won’t regret it!!

Jason & the selection of bedroom sets were great

John Burke was such a help with furnishing my new build. He was patient with the timeline and checked in regularly to alert me to additional savings. Definitely ask for him!

My mom is in a wheel chair, the sales woman was EXTREMELY helpful getting in and out of the building. She researched which lift chair would best fit my moms needs. She assisted me in looking at other items for sale that will make future life easier. Overall an EXCELLENT experience!!
