I’ve been ordering from Rawlins Paints for well over a year now, and I honestly can’t fault them.
As a professional painter, I rely on quality products and suppliers I can trust. Rawlins stock many of the specialist paints and coatings that aren’t always easy to find elsewhere, and their range is excellent. Whether it’s primers, specialist coatings or trade paints, they’ve consistently had what I need.
Delivery has always been quick, everything arrives well packaged, and the ordering process is straightforward. On the rare occasion I’ve needed advice, the team have been knowledgeable and helpful too.
It’s refreshing to deal with a company that understands the trade and consistently provides both quality products and reliable service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rawlins Paints to anyone looking for specialist coatings or trade-quality paint products.

Unhappy
The product is good, necessarily time consuming to apply, but satisfied my fire risk assessor, so that was all good.
But they supplied two tins of basecoat, and despite applying the four recommended coats, in generous quantities, I only used one.
But they have refused to take back the unopened unused tin, despite my offering to comply with any packing or courier conditions they required.
And it’s just a standard white basecoat, so presumably a normal stock item.
It’s an expensive product, so overall I’m not happy with the experience
