Website is easy to use. Emails kept me informed, Evri delivery on time. My only complaint would be quality of checks on bag by Ashwood and then by QVC before sending it out. The cross body strap had been attached wrong way round one side and the zip on middle pocket didn't shut fully.

QVC call handler was very helpful. Expected the delivery in 3-5 working days but Evri didn't deliver until a week later. That was disappointing. Otherwise, very happy with the products.

Very positive experience with QVC, less so for Evri
Overall I'm very happy with my QVC shopping experience and particularly the 60 day return option. The one drawback as far as I'm concerned is their use of Evri for postage and returns. Of the four items in my last order one never arrived, just disappeared, not the first time this has happened. Particularly annoying is being told by Evri 'We've got it' which can often amount to 'We're sitting on it' because it can take several days before they send it out for delivery.
