I ordered a platinum plated diamonique ring set in size M but when it turned up it was a blue coloured stone bracelet. I called customer services to be told that the ring set I ordered was no longer available. Totally devastated as it was for my wedding. Disappointed to say the least. Picker of the bracelet must have thought it would be funny. Not amused.

Boxed items double cost to return.
The suede and faux leather jacket were nice but not for me this time. But Ruth was pleased to send them in a box, sad to say they cost almost double to return which I was not impressed with. Also they still arrived with creases which I found impossible to get out although I did not steam.
