The agent Hasan was very helpful getting my taxi insurance sorted. Explained every detail and helped setup everything. Very professional customer service and support. Highly recommended.

Thomas was really lovely
Thomas was really lovely. I had to ring bsck numerous times due to faults on my end but he still handled every call as good as the first. He was very patient as I had to relay the information back to the policy holder in another language

i CAN NOT THANK THE STAFF ENOUGH! i just started my policy with them recently and i've had a lot of problems happen at once from family to financial to my car breaking down and they have done everything they possibly can to be welcoming, accommodating and understanding. i used the chat bot and i had Shannon helping me who was absolutely amazing and needs a promotion or bonus for the professionalism and care that was shown. i will always recommend Quote Detective. i cant thank the staff enough. they truly are hero's without capes (i think they don't wear capes). The only thing id suggest to everyone is don't bother calling just go straight to the chat bot its so much faster and better! Thank you team!
