Quilter has an easy to use app which securely enables you to complete transactions. The funds I have had money invested in seem to have a very good track record. So far I have been very satisfied.

My financial advisor (Matt)is able to explain /water down the financial jargon sometimes used. I am aware of my account information at all times… and my queries are replied to extremely quickly

Quilter provided us with a dedicated financial advisor, Alex, who helped and advised us as we transferred all our investments into one place. Alex explained everything clearly and helped us with any legal requirements. The online portal makes it easier to view and manage our investments.

I made four withdrawals from the CashHub from several bank accounts on the same day.
Two were paid to my bank account on the same day as the withdrawal request but the other two were left in pending status for several days.

Quilter could not tell me which bank accounts had paid out my money which I find disappointing as how would this appear to an auditor if they were auditing accounts!!!

Quilter have an easy app to track all your investments with them and are very good at maintaining a growth, even in turbulent markets.

I am very satisfied with my investments and the mobile App is exceptionally clear and easy to navigate

My initial chat with the advisor was a joke. He didnt listen to me and made sweeping assumptions about my wealth and situation based on my job income, which is low - but he didnt ask me if I had savings. He assumed I didnt and was - in his words- 'living hand to mouth'. I was so shocked I just didn't correct him, despite clearly stating that my aim was to increase the efficiency of my savings and investments. He also refused to give me his fees upfront - a huge red flag because I have consulted FA's before- and theyve always been upfront about their fees. He was very vague in general, spent the best part of an hour talking to me as if I was stupid, asking questions like 'Do you know what an ISA is?' and being very patronising.

Quilter App is very useful, very informative for tracking my investments.

the advice , process and overall up to date communication from quilter makes me feel my pensions and investments are all in a safe place. knowing where my investments are working for me and seeing the returns is all a good experience i would highly advise any one looking to invest to get in touch with quilter.
