I think Quilter do exactly what they should do. My money makes a lot more investing with them than I would make from just putting it in a bank. I can withdraw it whenever I need to and I also have a regular income from the account. They run everything

I had problems navigating the website - was signed in with all emails / passwords/ code by phone etc but couldn't get the help I needed - agent concerned only with my signing in again NOT addressing the problem I had. Not the first time I have had problems with this company.

Straightforward process with good but sometimes repetetive information
Processes using the Quilter platform are usually straightforward, although a little faster processing would be helpful. Supporting information is quite detailed and self explanatory, although can be repetetive. Achievement of the same result with less volume would be helpful

Completing the BED and ISA form was not particularly easy but I sought help from family members and my financial consultant and once this stage was completed, the remainder of the process ran very smoothly.

I think Quilter are simply fantastic
I think Quilter are simply fantastic. They're a great platform, it incredibly easy to navigate their App but there are other methods of contacting them if that is not your thing. They've looked after my investments really well, I couldn't be more delighted.
When you need to move money around, it's straightforward to do on the App but again, if you need help they're there to lend a hand. There is the usual regulatory paperwork but it's clear and easy to understand and I think they keep it to a minimum.

Cash withdrawals from the CashHub…
I made four withdrawals from the CashHub from several bank accounts on the same day.
Two were paid to my bank account on the same day as the withdrawal request but the other two were left in pending status for several days.
Quilter could not tell me which bank accounts had paid out my money which I find disappointing as how would this appear to an auditor if they were auditing accounts!!!
