Excellent installation

Our installation was done by Louise B. She was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and listened to where we wanted the installation to be placed. She happily obliged and was quick and tidy. We already have a much stronger signal so are very happy. Would recommend.

Brilliant service

As the home manager of a residential care home for Thomas Turnbull to spend his time volunteering with us helping set up for our annual summer fair Which benefits and enriches not only our residents but our community. We can not thank him enough his help has very much appreciated, it is great that the company allows such days to happen, Well done quickline.

Excellent service!

Issues and poor customer service response.

Had the install done on 30/06

Was sold the world by the sales rep and guarantees of better performing Internet for our family.

My wife and I work from home majority of the time and use the Internet constantly. We have both experienced issues since moving to quickline.

Had issues with dropped or interrupted connections. Tried calling the technical team 6 times across multiple days with a total of over an hour on hold and have yet to speak with an agent. Not great at all.

The whole process from 1st call to installation was faultless. We were told we be up and running by July 28th it actually was the 2nd of July (about 10 days after our call). Katrina our engineer was brilliant, really helpful, came on time and installed the equipment perfectly, there wasn't even any dust to clear up!! She was fabulous!! We used Quickline previously at our caravan and we are so pleased we have gone with them again at our new home and we would recommend them without hesitation, they do exactly what it says on the tin - only better!! ☺️☺️

QUICKLINE Top Service

I have been with QUICKLINE for quite a while and now have moved from satellite to fibre optic broadband. They talked me through how this was going to be done and answered any of my questions. On my switchover date I had such a lovely engineer, Dave B, he was on time, polite and he talked me through every step of the installation.
He had my internet up and running in less than 90 minutes.
I would highly recommend QUICKLINE to anyone. Their customer service is always amazing too with any queries or technical support resolved within 24 hours
