Quicken allows me to keep my financial holding at my fingertips. I like being able to update daily and being able to reconcile accounts in a quick manner.

The subscription price has continued to increase by significant amounts. The improvements for the average user do not justify the increased costs. After using the product for 20 years I am considering alternatives.

Very costly and doesn't automatically track investment. I also think there is a better way to rename and save imports from credit and bank accounts. I feel like it's missing any ease. I actually have come to hate doing banking. Definitely not the forward thinking software company it started as. I use it because it can tie to turbo tax for my small business. But think it's not worth it for the price and time commitment

Price. I just need a basic banking app to track my accounts.

Your MATURITY DATES FOR BONDS &CDS RPORT does not show the currrent balance. Why is that.

No complaints about the product but the price is too high, I think.

Good: It almost works and unifies accounts and data.
Bad: It's constantly got the wrong banking data. You can't easily track business and personal expenses unless the accounts are totally separate. The help is so hard to use that I end up search online for answers, but things like separately tracking a budget with a one-time deposit, seemed impossible.

Continuing issues with getting data from my bank, incorrect data too often, no response from Quicken on issues, changes to interface that make seeing data harder.

Been using Quicken since 1990. The last few years Ive had to get help as my accounts don't always download correctly. Then I have to restart from the beginning. I want to remove old accounts but somehow, they still show up after being removed. If I make a mistake, I can't just change that error, I have to do each one separately. Years ago, you were able to choose everyone and click to change them all. Now you have to do each one separately. The cost is getting to be too much.

I've been using Quicken since it's inception. Added Quickbooks in 2008. when I remarried. I had to add joint accounting and move my business Accounting to Quickbooks.

It makes life so much easier being able to verify, identify and find all payments, deposits and other financial items at the click of a button. It is an outstanding aid in my life.

I've been paying for Quicken for years, but I have not been able to use it.

I so appreciate the consistent programming. Over many years there have been very few glitches. I can rely on my data being where it should be and the program working when I am ready to use it. That’s rare and I rely on that continuous functionality. Thank you for building and keeping customer trust!

I have been using Quicken since 1994. All my financial data remains intact. How cool is that! What an awesome product!!

Simplifi has been doing an excellent job for me. I started out with Quicken a few years ago, but it didn't sync well so I switched. Glad I did.

I purchased the program years ago thinking I owned it. Then years later I have to pay yearly subscription fees. Doesn’t seem fair b

I was treed with respect and the people I spoke with new their products.

I've used Quicken for over 10 years and have had very little problems with them. And they were always available to help when I needed it.

There are a number of bugs that have crept into Quicken over the years. It crashes about once a week, it cannot properly establish the money market fund for investment accounts, and it's understanding of mouse position is poor. When accepting downloaded transaction, clicking on one transaction often selects a different transaction. The budget reporting has recently developed errors in totaling within a category. Changing the interval corrects the error but it causes concerns about the accuracy of its reporting.
