1. The flexibility to modify data entry to fit transactions you want to track (e.g. checks written from accounts).
2. The history of stock transactions that are stored.
3. The ease of downloading stock transactions directly from broker sites

I get a real person to help whenever needed. Personnel has been very helpful

Some of the text appears small on my new laptop and doesn't scale. I'm told this can happen with older apps, but I pay over $100 each year to have an updated app. Price is getting out of hand as well.

Quicken does not work for me. Right now, I can’t get my bank information to update. It stops at April 16, 2026.
Even after I re-authorize my bank accounts (by giving you my username and password, which makes me very uncomfortable, it still says that there are errors that prohibit me from updating. my information.
This is after I’ve turned off 2-step authentication from my bank.
I’m not sure how I’m going to get the information I need for next year’s taxes.
Quicken is useless to me.

Problem with checking account unresolved after multiple calls for help, it's just gotten worse!

OMG ! My quicken for windows won't update , bank says they are up. I have been waiting for 35 minutes (as of now) and so far , no person . I hate paying for a service that has insufficient help. It's ridiculous. Oh well going back to wait some more. 40 minutes and counting.

I use Quicken for my own personal finances. I get a daily running total & a look at future totals as well when using the calendar feature. It gives me sense of security knowing what my finances look like on a daily basis & gives me the opportunity to manage my payments.
Only negative is the rising costs every year for renewal given I'm a "light" user of the program.

Sync Connection is not working on any of my accounts. Please contact me if this is a known issue or if I'm the only one having this problem

Quicken helps keep the accounting organized in a straightforward, practical manner that works well.

Helps me keep track of purchases and budget better

Ever since Quicken was taken over by another company it has become a very good solid Bank program. It makes my life so much easier allows me to categorize my expenses and simplifies doing taxes at the end of the year.

It has helped me update my accounts daily to track my spending and future forecasts.

I do not use all the applications, but what I use it helpful. It makes end of the year calculations and saves so much time.

I DONT WANT TO PAY YEARLY FOR STUFF I DONT USE! I USE QUICKEN AS A REGISTER. I NEVER DOWNLOAD ANYTHING. I WANT A STAND ALONE.

I have used Quicken for about 20 years, it has helped me track my income and expenses. It has also helped with invoicing my clients with my small business.

It i s good to know when a bill is do. Keeping track of your expenditures.

Very easy to understand

I find it difficult to use compared to quicken 2005.
Have no idea what the colored pencils mean and my reconciliation never works out.
