It's an easy process, there's a gun for almost every need, type of training ( defense or tactical offense) and i loved my 16 Shot Semi Automatic shotgun and the buckshot rounds that i purchased.
I have real armor so I wear the real thing during my training but this and many other guns there on the site are go to's so
Im gonna get one every month til I own the collection.

I buy pellets from Pyramyd several times a year. Pyramyd always ships pellets packed well and has a great selection of premium pellets in stock. You might find them cheaper on Amazon, but when they arrive with dented tins and bent skirts, your savings disappears.

Made an order change 5 mins after placing the order. Pyramid states no-problem for order changes within 30 mins of ordering. They lied, claimed they are helpless to prevent the system from ripping me off for an additional shipping charge. Lied about UPS picking up the order, "Oh, it's too late" when UPS shows it not picked up. Cancelled it all, now a former repeat cutomer.

Your people make for a good experience. Rhonda and Greg are great. One constructive comment - I responded to your Orders @ Pyramydair.com with a request but never received a response.

Problem w FX DRS Tactical. Worked initially, but second magazine stuck. Only way to close bolt was with pressure, then didn't work after that. After sending gun back for repair (without the magazines) Pyramid said it worked fine (after removing stuck pellets in barrel) & that it was "customer error" which voided warranty. Returned rifle had same issues. I checked the magazines and discovered that one of the two PyramidAir had sent was a .22 cal instead of .25 cal. This caused the problem in the first place. PyramidAir customer service is rude and will not accept responsibility for their error. Buyer Beware!!!!

I have received emails stating there was a 12% off code. When I got to the site......it states an 11% discount and the code is different. This seems shady. Plus.......I realize that it says some restrictions apply, but no matter what I put in my cart, it said that the code does not apply. You missed out on the sale of a $600 scope because of this. Why do you show 2 different
discount codes, and why is there 2 different percentage discounts, and why do none of them work?

As always, great products and super fast shipping. I will continue to purchase airguns from Pyramid Air..

Excellent all around. While I have your attention I didn’t receive a scope stop and screws for the dovetail rails. Can you give me a contact for this. Thanks again for good customer service
