If I could leave zero stars thats what…

If I could leave zero stars thats what I would leave. Worst worst worst delivery service imaginable. Made zero attempt to deliver, just left their stupid attempted to deliver slip on the door. I was sitting in my kitchen when they supposedly attempted to deliver. Now they want me to pick it up tomorrow???? What exactly is it you purolator employees get paid to do???? Apparently drive around the city handing out slips???? Absolutely horrible delivery service. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!@

the worst

The service was terrible, and the customer service team really didn't help much. It’s actually quite shocking—even their automated phone system sounds kind of condescending. It’s pretty hard to believe a company would operate like this; honestly, they might be better off just closing up their business !

I was home on June 15 during the time…

I was home on June 15 during the time Purolator Canada claims a delivery was attempted at my British Columbia address at 4:06 pm. I was home with my dog, who reliably alerts me whenever a delivery arrives — he did not bark, I did not hear anyone knock, and our doorbell was never used. My doorbell camera recorded activity throughout the afternoon and there is no footage of a courier arriving or approaching the door. I'm disappointed that the tracking shows a failed attempt when no attempt was made, and I hope Purolator Canada improves its delivery reporting accuracy and accountability for BC customers who rely on timely deliveries.

Archaic company

Archaic company. Customer service reps refuse to admit their service is subpar. Hence recurring issues continue to happen for years till this day.

Purolator is single-handedly the most incompetent shipping company

Purolator is single-handedly the worse shipping service available in Canada. Their system doesn't even acknowledge that my area of the country exists, which is literally just rural manitoba on a military base. When we end up with packages being shipped through Purolator, they'll make zero attempts to properly deliver unless you're actively outside waiting for them all day. Most people around this area don't even get their packages because purolator can't be assed to hire people who know the local area well enough to navigate.

The best part is how there is frequent issues in regards to "wrong address" that have always just been issues on Purolator's end. My recent delivery's postal code didn't exist apparently. Yet, when i went to change the pickup point, the pickup point I had originally selected (with the exact same address) popped up and fixed the "wrong address" error. That's truly bizarre considering it was the EXACT same pickup point I selected, zero errors in the address. Googling the address or putting it in maps brought you to it.

Every single department in this company is flat out incompetent. I had to phone support today because after fixing the address, they then proceeded to send me two more errors now stating that the "company name" was wrong. Company name? This was a pickup point package under my name.
Support? An Indian man who can hardly speak English who has zero concept of what this error even means. He continuously tries to explain that I changed the address and it went through. That wasn't what I was calling about. I was calling about the "incomplete/incorrect company name" error which has NOTHING to do with the address change. After eight minutes he still could not comprehend what was being explained to him. I could hear a bunch of them talking in the background in a foreign language, and yet they STILL couldn't figure out what the issue was and kept addressing only the address error (which I had already fixed.) They kept repeating "it's okay it went through" to get me off the phone when I'd try to explain it wasn't the address change I was having issues with.. Such an embarrassment to have that be your customer support. Why is it impossible to get into contact with a human who has a good grasp of the English language? That is truly not asking for much in customer service setting.

If you choose to use purolator to ship your packages, you might as well just flat out tell the recipient you hate them.

I am extremely disappointed with this…

I am extremely disappointed with this courier service. I paid an additional $350 for express shipping and was promised that my package would be delivered by June 11. The package was not delivered on time, and I have received no satisfactory explanation for the delay.

What makes this even more frustrating is that the company refuses to provide a refund for the express shipping charges despite failing to meet the guaranteed delivery date. On top of that, they are asking for additional money to have the package delivered sooner.

Charging customers for an expedited service and then failing to deliver as promised, while refusing refunds and requesting extra fees, is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

I expect a full explanation and appropriate compensation for the service that was not provided as advertised.

Horrible delivery experience would not…

Horrible delivery experience would not recommend Purolator at all if other options are available! Your package will not come on time or right day and if you try and call they can’t tell you anything besides what you could see for yourself on your profile

I was waiting for a package and I was…

I was waiting for a package and I was home the driver didn't buzz to get into the building the driver just left a delivery note saying sorry we missed you. I took the day off from work just because I knew the package was coming. I called customer service and the lady on the phone said that she would reschedule it for the next business day and I ask if she can schedule it for the evenings she said she can't and doesn't know when the driver will be there. I work long hours and really can't afford to take days off because of this economy.
Very disappointed do not use this company
Side note it has happened to me before with this company. Worst delivery company in the world

I purchased an item a week ago and waited patiently for delivery. Purolator provided detailed tracking updates from Quebec all the way to my city, which gave me confidence that the shipment was being properly managed.

On June 11, the package was marked “On Vehicle for Delivery” at 8:22 AM and the estimated delivery date remained June 11 throughout the day.

Based on that information, I stayed home and waited for the delivery until the evening.

No phone call, no email, no text message, and no tracking update informed me that the delivery would not happen.

I only discovered there was a problem after contacting customer service myself at approximately 7:30 PM.

I was then told there was a driver issue and that delivery would be postponed until the next day.

Delays happen. What is unacceptable is expecting customers to wait all day while providing no notification and leaving inaccurate delivery information active in the tracking system.

Your website says:

“It’s not a package. It’s a promise.”

Unfortunately, in my experience, the promise ended where communication should have begun.

The most redicular delivery service I have. Even I mark down our restaurant closed on Tuesday,they still try to deliver on that day and mark down “attempted to deliver,but failed” and then required me to schedule a delivery time,after I did that ,they still tried to deliver on Tuesday and marked down the same thing without call or msg,when I try to call them ,it hard to reach,always need to provide this information and that information. Poor customer service and do not know what they are doing

Customer service reps very unprofessional and do not know how to access or provide information. Called customer reps and could not hear conversation due to all the laughter in the back ground….. it was the driver we tracked down in our community who assisted us ……and got our packaged delivered to our home …..

The worst delivery company in Canada

The worst delivery company in Canada. They came to my house and instead of putting the delivery at the entrance or at least calling me that they’re here(in fact, I left notes so that they would put the delivery at the entrance), they just took the delivery and left. I wrote to the support, and they said that it’s already late for delivery (it was 5pm) they would be delivered only in 2 days. I had never seen such stupidity in my life.

The worst delivery company in the world…

The worst delivery company in the world probably! Their slogan says “Promises Delievered”. That’s right, just promises no packages. At least their marketing team is honest lol. Never received a package from them without issues. Drives don’t even attempt delivery, just mark “No response from recipient” right away not even trying to contact. I cannot get my package for a month already. They cannot even get that to the store lace for me to pick it up. If you have a choice never never never rely on them

Maybe invest in some smaller trucks?

Maybe invest in smaller trucks so you dont have to complain about my trees obstructing your mirrors. You guys have the money for a smaller vehicle to make it down wierd driveways. I dont have the money to cut my trees. So, quit complaining, do your jobs, or find an other one. Better yet, dont come back here! Thats an even better idea. I DON'T need purolator on my property.
