Perfect!

My items were exactly what I ordered. Cotton yarn is beautiful & very soft. I haven't used it yet but I will.
In my order, they included a surprise skein of yarn, one I happened to be admiring.
What a pleasant surprise.

Natural Black Purl Soho Simply Alpaca Yarn

I have followed Purl Soho for years. I have downloaded countless patterns from them, but this was the first time buying yarn. I purchased enough of the Natural Black Purl Soho Simply Alpaca yarn to make the New Moon hat. The pattern was simple and well explained. I really like the design of the hat. And the yarn! So soft with just the right amount of halo.

Yarn was exactly as advertised

Yarn was exactly as advertised. Colors were perfect and yarn is good quality. Love the price for quality you provide. Looking forward to order from Purl Soho for my next project. Delivery was fast!

I did a mistake in my order

I did a mistake in my order, ordering more yarns than I need. I wrote a message and very soon I had an answer and a proposal to modify mu order and to reimbourse me. What was done the following days.

Such beautiful yarn!
Everything about the Purl Soho experience is smooth. Ordering online, tracking the delivery, and oh, that beautiful squishy yarn! Thanks so much to the staff for being such a great shop. I buy yarn other places online as well, and Purl Soho is one of the shops that I am never disappointed with. The yarn is always great, and Customer Service has always been super helpful with questions. I need to buy more yarn from Purl Soho!
