Better air conditioner needed
Better air conditioner needed. Almost impossible to work out in the hot days.
More volume on the music.
The staff are amazing really friendly and the gym is always clean.
Sanitizer stations always stocked.

Temperatures/air con in our gyms are automatically regulated by Smart machines, but if there is a persistent issue staff may be able to override it and can certainly report it to be checked by engineers.

The air conditioning hasnt been fixed…
The air conditioning hasnt been fixed for months now. It lets out hot air. Ive mentioned it many times to staff yet theres no change. Its hot not only in the main gym, but in the changing rooms too. So while you are sweaty after a workout, you are hit with heat and smell when you walk into the changing rooms.

I have had multi access gym ave have…
I have had multi access gym ave have been paying for membership without using the facilities since 2019. They have since stopped access țo the gym next to work place without notifying me. I have been paying non-stop all this time during pandemic. Had they notified me, id stop subscription. I have gone back into work and decided to go gym after but there is no access. This is a scheming fraudulent company, I tried calling, no answer, I tried email, short generic reply, I replied, no word for 5 days.
My brothers a lawyer and he asked me to go via trust pilot, Google review and then FCA. What's my rights in this matter

It does state in our terms and conditions that gym prices can change at any point. If a gym that you have access to rises in price, it may fall out of the price bracket you are paying. To keep accessing this gym you would need to upgrade. An email will normally be sent to members advising of any price increase and loss of gym access.
As we do not have open phone lines, we would advise contacting Member Services via email or social media so they can take a further look into your account.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

New, bright and spacious
Lovely gym. Very clean and spacious and great value for money too. My only criticism would be that there were quite a few equipment broken and out of order. Which I understand things get broken, but a more speedy process to get equipment fixed would be great. Especially if there's only one of said machines available.

Staff do undertake regular maintenance checks and work hard with our equipment providers to ensure that our equipment is fixed as soon as possible, if any should be broken. We are equally as disappointed when this happens and sometimes need to wait on engineers but will have all equipment in full working order as soon as is safely possible. If you have any concerns about equipment, please notify staff on site as soon as you can.

Shower is not always clean
Music very loud cannot hear with my
headphones why don’t you have the music soft and on Wi-Fi if you want to listen to it most people seem to have some form of headphones when in the gym.

During daytime Monday to Friday always…
During daytime Monday to Friday always packed out, unable to use machines or equipment I wont, so went on the weekend early early morning 3am to 4am which was empty so was able to do what I want

We’re afraid it's true, our gyms simply are very popular and so can become busy especially at peak times, but this does fluctuate throughout the day and from day to day. Members can also use the members area via the PureGym app or website, to see how many people are in the gym which is useful for planning ahead.

Amazing Class & Amazing Instructor
I had my very first class booked today with David Pickin! Class was amazing and so was instructor. Got a real buzz out of it not to mention a good workout. Highly recommend Pure Gym and the classes they provide.

good equipment. I wish it was less crowded. The mens weight area is always packed.

Very good experience
Very good gym, just need more disposable cleaning towel to clean the equipments. Some cleaning station run out of towels. Apart from that it was great!
