Responded quickly to my late wife…
Responded quickly to my late wife passing and were very helpful and friendly that made the whole experience whilst sad an easy way to follow her wishes. I have now decided to take on a plan to help my family with the process.

First class experience
I had a great experience with pure cremation. The lady I spoke to was Amazing nothing was to much trouble she was very patient kind and friendly and feel like it was a pleasure to help me. And she made my experience first class.

The process of arranging is ok
The process of arranging is ok, but it's so cold, no final way to say goodbye. My family were devastated and never forgive me. We have no closure like a normal funeral, not recommended
