This was the fourth Pure Cremation Plan…
This was the fourth Pure Cremation Plan I have set up.
We set up one for my mother in law in February 2025. Unfortunately she passed away on February 2026. The whole process is excellent with Pure Cremation. The staff are well trained and were able to answer all the questions that I had. The ashes were returned to us at home very promptly following the comittal.

5 Star Customer Service Representatives
The plan was so easy to set up by telephone. The telephone is answered immediately so no waiting on hold. The Customer Service representatives are excellent in terms of knowledge, friendliness and compassion. Every query was answered. The documents arrived ahead of time. I cannot recommend them enough.
