Great pet insurance
It has been a very good experience dealing with puffin pet insurance. It was a tough time and my pet was really poorly.They have had the utmost respect and kindness with each phone call. So
Polite and kind doing all they could to help. I cannot thank them enough for making the claim easy to start and deal with at each stage. Always on the end of the phone and willing and did call back we when they said they would. A super company to deal with 😊

Annual/Couple Travel which was amazing
I asked around ‘family & friends’ and then did the usual internet search… but wow!!!! Did ‘Puffin’ come up trumps for us as we were recommended!!!! Several friends & family are with them but I still did my search’s and then 🤷🏼♀️hey went with them! Amazing… Thank goodness 😅

Took out travel policy direct from company.
Easy to navigate and fill out form. Quick reply to my email and friendly very accommodating when I later needed to change my start date.
First time I have used this company, but up to now, appear to be very professional. Really good price too.
