Popped in a couple weeks back to have Front tyres changed. The locking wheel nuts were stuck and the absolute legends not only got them out but also replaced all 4 locking wheel nuts for normal ones free of charge, even though they had to send one of the lads off site to collect replacements. It's not the norm today for businesses to go the extra mile but it was really appreciated! Thank you!

Wanted to have 3 tyres fitted to our car and did some research online for the cheapest price locally. Protyre's website said they could fit 3 tyres for £497.52. Spoke to the local branch about these tyres and getting the car booked in. I told them I would order the tyres online and only needed them to book the car in for an early date, the guy on the phone said 'too late, I've already ordered them'. On the day of the booking they informed us that they would not be honouring that price and if we wanted them fitted we would have to pay somewhere nearer £570 as the garage wasn't willing to take the lose on the website price. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from what is meant to be a reputable business.

Nice guy on reception, everyone else looked at me like I had shit on my face. Really welcoming . Brought car in for wheel alignment and to ensure steering wheel was straight. Drove car home with steering still wonky

I was dealt with straight away, even though it was going to take them past their closing time. The work was carried out to a good standard and there was no pressure on 'add-on' sales. The air-con was refilled but not cleaned out which was what was really needed.
