Price and service of the actual tyres was fine. No issues
When I came to collect my vehicle the key had been left on the counter in the public reception along with another customers key. The reception was unattended for at least 5 minutes whilst I was there. I raised this as a concern with the staff member who returned and was essentially met with a shrug.. please implement some better way of working than leaving customers keys laying around.

Needed a new tyre so they did a good deal for me and instead of waiting until the next day the did it at the end of day for my convenience. Great service, friendly and nothing is too much. This is now the garage I use for everything

Had 2 new tyres fitted
Had 2 new tyres fitted. Very good price and tracking. No shake at all in the steering when driving fast. Very pleased. Even talked about having air con regassed another time. All staff were polite, courteous and good humoured. Made a very nice change. Very easy to book on line and being given a time to have work done. Everything was excellewnt.

Brilliant!
These guys have been a lifesaver over the last few weeks when a simple air con regas turned into multiple problems for me.
Friendly knowledgeable and transparent, as a girl that knows zero about cars i felt confident enough to go with their advice and let them lead and I'm now driving around happy(and cool!) with no existing issues.

tyre fitting…
Looked at many online websites for the tyres that I wanted. Chose Protyre as they offered the best price and had them in stock. I booked appointment online and paid for the tyres. On arrival at the fitting depot I was warmly greeted and told there was an air conditioned waiting room with drink machine while I was waiting. Car was taken into the fitting bay and tyres fitted and balanced all in the price. Only waited total of 40 minutes before was able to drive away. Highly impressed with whole process from start to finish. Would not hesitate to recommend them.

I bought two ties from black circle and…
I bought two ties from black circle and range for them to be fitted the protire oh okay she's in Sittingbourne I booked in for a Saturday and 8:30 first one in on a arrive in I was told that there was no booking made so the gentleman turn around said he's too busy today it's her bring it back first thing Monday morning at 8.30am and they would sort it all out I arrived there we're putting a time walked into the shop explained what was happening and they suggest we've got a note from black circle my keys and I asked for the card to be lined as well went to setting the restroom after about 20 minutes I'm mechanic arrived and said that all you could do is do the alignment he couldn't fit the ties as we are not purchased it through them I stated that I purchased them through black circle and black circle a degree the fitting as it is a bit mucked up they turn around and said well we can't film industry but we're willing to do your tracking for you and I replied no fake you why should I give you then small money when they couldn't be bothered me I contacted black circle who contacted them and they're not very was not very happy but they did get me rearranged at F1 services in sittingbone who dealt with a car with the total up most respect and most efficiently as for protyre auto care I would not recommend them to anyone even if it was the last garage on this earth
