The quality of the the fitting was satisfactory…
The quality of the the fitting was excellent, however I feel the attitude of the desk staff could be better. I felt that he could have been slightly more helpful, where as he seemed short and too busy to one satisfy my issue with staggered wheel sizing, and also told another customer off for bringing in a car late with tred that was illegal, I thought this being discussed in the office/ waiting area was petty and unprofessional.

Tremendous service yet again from the…
Tremendous service yet again from the team. They had supplied me with a list of repairs that needed doing on my car on my last visits for air conditioning recharge and a new tyre. The car was booked in at my soonest convenience and they arranged for the work to be completed within a day. I had also informed them of an additional advisory on my mot,which they undertook while my car was having the work done. They also completed this repair also. I was kept informed of the progress by Sam and costings,to enable me to authorise further repairs. The staff were professional,thorough, courteous and always make you smile with their marvellous customer service. I'm back again in 3 weeks, for a free review of the work undertaken . Faultless service.

Best company around. The guys are always honest with everything and will go above and beyond to help you out even with paying. Also if products come cheaper they tell you rather than just making you pay the quoted price. Incredible company.

Arrived and got it straight on the ramp and changed the tyre.

Shocking customer service!
Visited Bodelwyddan Rhino garage today as I needed new tyres for my car but unsure about a couple of them as to whether they needed replacing so asked the man if someone could visually check how many I needed so they could be ordered and fitted when they had an appointment.
I was told No! there was nobody available for a 60 sec visual inspection so they could be ordered and I could book it in for whenever they had an appointment I asked again is no one available just to have a quick glance for me? Answer was No again!
Reason because he was snowed under with all his paper work and all the others were busy working on cars I was told to come back tomorrow.
There were 3 of them at desks in the reception but only one person on the phone and no other customers waiting.
Appalling customer service and clearly don’t want the business!
Well you have just lost my custom and my families and anyone else I can warn off!
Just been to another garage with a totally different attitude towards there customers, advice received in 60 secs order placed and being fitted tomorrow
Protyre just lost my sale of £400
Avoid this place like the plague if you can.
Protyre…. don’t bother with the standard auto reply won’t be returning

I highly recommend Samuel and the team
I highly recommend Samuel and the team! They recently carried out both work and an air conditioning re-gas on my car, and the service was outstanding from start to finish.
The team were professional, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly, completed the work quickly, and made sure my car was running perfectly before I left. My air conditioning is now ice cold, and the tyre work was completed to a very high standard.
It's refreshing to find a garage that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in its work. Samuel and the team went above and beyond, and I wouldn't hesitate to return in the future.
Excellent service, great value, and a fantastic team. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Well done Samuel. Even though I live in Warrington I will use these guys every time I am in St Asaph.

The website choice was so extensive that I called the office for advice on which tyres would suit best.
The office were very knowledgeable & honest in their opinions.
Suitable tyres were in stock, the fitting was booked in for same day & the job undertaken in 30 minutes.
