Best service I’ve ever had from a garage. The manager is fantastic and a credit to the business, very helpful and knowledgeable, took time to explain things even when the waiting area was full.

Three bad experiences
Three bad experiences: 1) not enough adhesive applied to new tyre so it went flat over the weekend and caused great inconvenience. Had to get tyre fixed somewhere else. 2) Moved tyres around axles to accommodate new tyres. Pressure on same axle not checked or adjusted so that tryes on same axle had very different pressures. Not acceptable. 3) Requested oil change but oil still dark when checked immediately on site. Raises doubts about whether oil changed properly or whether new filter (as requested) fitted leaving old oil in situ.
