Friendly, competent and engaged management and staff, very polite and courteous whether you have a Benz or a bucket. Service at Poole is fast and very honest about the work needed and the price and why things cost what they do - they always go through the job realistically too. Price-wise, they're great value for money for the work done, so I will keep on coming back.

I have used your Garage for some years…
I have used your Garage for some years now, and the service staff are amazing. Unfortunately this has not happened this time T9 ARP I was given a price for the repair and tyres to just under £1000 when ringing this morning it was found that the repair to the Wet belt is not something that can be undertaken at your depot. As a carer my car in important and an aborted visit a waste of time would have been a great inconvenience.
