Tyres at a reasonable price. Like most people, I'm clueless about the best tyre for my vehicle and milage but I felt listened too and given information to help make a choice. What gave me a good feeling, it was obvious the day wasn't going well but I still got good customer service.

Blame game …no communication whatsoever
The vehicle was parked outside the garage at 10:30am for a 2pm appointment to change both front tyres(both tyres fully inflated at the time) . The next day outside my home one tyre was flat after the new tyres were fitted . After no response from the centre after numerous calls I drove back to the garage(after inflating obviously). To be told the alloy wheel was damaged/split and hence losing air.So why were both wheels holding air when I left the vehicle at 10:30am ? They surely should have noticed after driving the vehicle into the garage or when they removed the wheel ? Over a week now after they agreed to send the wheel off to be repaired.Absolutely no response from the garage although they were eager to collect payment for the tyres so no doubt have my number ….
Terrible customer service . I went on holiday shortly after and they never answer the phone to ask for an update 😞
Owned the car for 2 years and never had to inflate the tyres as the manager/receptionist implied ……..

Had a pair of good quality tyres …
Had a pair of good quality tyres fitted at a very competitive price. After leaving the depot and getting on to the Motorway, I noticed quite a strong vibration coming through the car. Once home I called the depot to explain, no fuss or drama, asked to go back the next day (Saturday) to have them re-balanced. Done f.o.c and problem solved.

I had a burst tyre on the motorway and the rescue service brought me to Protyre at my request. I was seen quickly and back on the road in 40 minutes. Excellent service all round

I lft the car with them, came and hour or so later, as they were completing alignment. But, it seems the flimsy plastic seat covers they used had slipped, and the leather was marked. It was reported, and the staff member is going to clean it tomorrow. So hopefully all ok.
