I needed a new rear tyre for my…
I needed a new rear tyre for my motorbike as I had a nail in it, so I ring Protyre and spoke to Craig who was most helpful, polite and professional. He was able to advise me what tyre would be best for my bike. So I dropped my bike off for the tyre to be done, again great friendly and professional service. The mechanic changed my tyre and gave me some advice about keeping my speed down for a couple hundred miles. I also got a great price on my new tyre. Great service from start to finish. Highly recommend Protyre Exeter.

Searched out a motorcycle tyre for me…
Searched out a motorcycle tyre for me and ordered it in from a supplier. Kept in touch through this process and made me an appointment for tyre change. Tyre changed and they tensioned my drive chain too. Good customer service. Good communication. And free coffee!

MOT/Tyre Alignment, great service
I had an MOT and front tyre alignment, I received very friendly and polite service and was very happy with my results. Their prices are very reasonable and I was back on the road quickly. I would definitely recommend them and use them again!

Vacuum tested my aircon system
Vacuum tested my aircon system. Apparently passed regassed. Halfway home and gas had ran out and blowing hot air. Brought car next day ran a vacuum test again and this time failed!!?! Couldn't find out where leak is as was told they dont have the means to. Was given a free regas after it was mended or a refund. I chose refund.
How to prevent this in future?? Maybe pressure testing kit instead of a vacuum test. Would have found the issue the first time. Also didn't get 25 per cent off as booked online. The option didn't come up to add it. Was told by garage I would have to speak to parent company as they are running the website and can only sort it with them!
