Can’t fault the team at Protyre @ Thistlethwaites in Bolton. My annual Motorhome MOT appointment was seamless. I do feel disappointed in that when I responded to the Book Early save £10 off your MOT I was charged full price. I followed all the instructions and had the code ready at checkout however I was not given the opportunity to apply the saving. The manager said he couldn’t help when I showed him the email he suggested complaining to head office. Left with a slight bitter taste. 😔

Had a 10 o’clock booking but didn’t get started until after 11. Manager apologised for delay so not major issue.
