All round excellent service
I had a puncture on a Monday morning. I was due to work a week of night shifts starting that night so needed a fix urgently. Protyre Bolton were the only dealer with my tyre in stock and they were able to fit it the same day. When I arrived I struggled to find my locking wheel nut as it is located in a strange place. The technician helped me find it by googling its location and then fitted my tyre in a very timely manner and offered me a brew whilst I waited. All round excellent service.

Easy, No Hassle Service.
Easy, no hassle tyre replacement, I wanted Continental Tyres, these were ordered and an appointment was made, requested on the day tyre alignment again no issues and all was very quickly completed. The staff on the phone and in person were welcoming and friendly.

Easy to book, managed to get a weekend slot which is rare these days. MOT and Service done in a morning, easy to drop off and have everything sorted. Really transparent about everything too and communication was spot on. Couldn't really ask for more.

Discovered I had a puncture
Discovered I had a puncture, so phoned up Protyre/Thistlethwaites, they were able to sort me out pretty much there and then. My tyre was too worn to be repaired so I had to get a new one. I had nipped into Sainsbury's etc while the car was being sorted, they phoned me to let me know the tyre was too worn, so I told them to just go ahead and put a new one on for me. It was all done in no time, i'd say at least within an hour of me taking the car there.
Nice friendly staff, and efficient too! No complaints from me!!
