Bathwick’s Bideford fitted me in to check a slow puncture first thing in the morning. 30 mins later they called me with only a £30 charge to fix the puncture. I found the person in charge to be really helpful and efficient allowing me to get to work on time. Thank you!

Arrived just 5 minutes late for my MOT…
Arrived just 5 minutes late for my MOT and was told I was too late and had to reschedule. This was despite 3 members of staff sat in the office with not a single car on a ramp or anything else being worked on! The car then failed the initial test, not an issue, however I was then advised I’d have to have the corrective work performed elsewhere as the ‘technician’ wasn’t currently performing any mechanical repairs?! Part of the work required was a replacement tyre, which I believe Bathwick are predominately known for? However I was advised as I was having to have my brakes replaced by an alternative garage I may as well get my tyre from them as well!! Won’t be in a rush to return after this, which is all the more disappointing as I’ve been using this branch in Bideford for 5yrs.

They never answer their telephone
They never answer their telephone. I've been calling since Friday and all I ever get is their answering machine, then spend an eternity listening to Muzak! It's now 9 a.m. Monday and there's no one there to answer the telephone.

Excellent service & very pleasant staff. I was informed when I picked up my car that my tyres had been changed but they were unable to carry out the tracking due to problem with my vehicle, I was assured that I would be refunded though and within 2 hours I was.
