Exceptional Service
Booking the MOT on line was straightforward and I dropped my car off at the time for its MOT.
Unfortunately on this occassion it failed -this was not something I'd wished for!
The member of staff, Ben, was very helpful and took the time to explain the paperwork outlining why the car had failed its MOT and what work would be required to rectify the issues. He talked me through the available options and was proactive in contacting suppliers to find the best prices for the parts needed, helping to keep the costs as low as possible.
We then booked the car in for the necessary repairs. When I collected the vehicle following the repairs and successful MOT, I was very pleased with the price and could immediately feel the difference in how the car drove.
I will definitely be returning to have the car serviced once I have saved the funds to do so, as all the members of staff were polite and helpful.

Bad customer service
Turned up at 3.41pm on a Saturday with a flat tyre only to be told that they had already cashed up and will not fix the flat tyre. Management need to update their website to say they shut early on a Saturday. And the fact that they don't give a s**t about customer duty of care.
