We were booked for 10am and was in for 10am and the lads we’re very friendly and couldn’t thank them enough for the work they did .good job done

We took my Volvo V70 in today with a broken exhaust. The original quote was eye watering as it looked like it would need an almost completely new exhaust.
It was explained clearly to us and we were given time to consider our options.
However, with some great leadership from Martin, teamwork and problem solving skills the guys at protyre managed to repair the exhaust using an exhaust sleeve in the space of a couple of hours at a fraction of the original quote. It was agreed that they would try it, they weren't sure if it would work but it did.
I'm so relieved - I need my car for my job so it was important it was repaired promptly and to a high standard.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Barnstaple Protyre to any friends or family.
They're always polite, quick and conscientious in what they do.
Today's customer service from them is the service I've always received using this garage.

Great friendly service and pointed out where a "new" ture i had put on elsewhere with mot was 5 years old enabling me to get a refund.
