She was incredibly helpful and responsive in addressing the initial questions and issues I had. From queries about the window to concerns around the curtains, she was quick to assist and ensured everything was looked into and resolved as smoothly as possible.

Her communication was clear and reassuring, which made settling into the property much less stressful. I really appreciated her proactive approach and willingness to help during that initial period.

Overall, she was professional, supportive, and easy to deal with, and I would gladly recommend her to others.

Prospect agency is very good at looking after its clients. I particularly deal with Emily Cross. She is very supportive, always ready to answer any questions and help out. And she takes her time to hear you out.

We’ve just left our rental property after 5yrs and Nikki Gardner, our property manager, couldn’t have been more helpful. With some issues around the check-out leaving us pulling our hair out and potentially losing some of our deposit, Nikki was able to act as go-between with our landlord which resulted in our deposit being returned in full and very quickly. She’s always helped us in a speedy and professional manner and we are grateful for that. Thanks Nikki.

Prospect have managed several properties for me over the last 8 years and I feel they are a joint partner in my business. They are the first port of call for the tenants if there are any problems at the properties and manage them efficiently and professionally. I can always speak to someone should I need to and Nancy, our dedicated property manager is just fantastic; capable and approachable and always at the end of the phone or email and ready with a solution when needed. I trust Prospect to make me aware of any legal requirements, especially with the new renters rights bill due imminently and also rely on the check in/ inspection/checkout reports they organise for us.
When it's time to renew contracts, it's always a joy to speak to Stefano. He is friendly and efficient and I trust him to find us the most suitable tenants. A full turn key service that I couldn't manage without.
