Shoes were at least a size too small and I was charged deliveries to recieve and send back so out of pocket by about £10.

The ordering was easy but....
The ordering was easy, kept updated until delivery, great. The refund process, well let's just say very drawn out and in this day and age need to find a faster way as still waiting, teo weeks in, and I hate waiting ages for my money back!!

I haven't received my football boots asked you to check where the order was delivered and you have done absolutely nothing about it. I haven't received card in the letter box or anything! I wouldn't use you again !

Very disappointed with Pro:Direct. I placed my order on 11 July and paid for Next Day Delivery, yet more than 16 days later I still haven’t received my parcel. Communication has been poor, with no proactive updates, and I’ve had to keep chasing customer service for information. Waiting over two weeks for a next-day order is unacceptable, and the overall experience has been extremely frustrating. I expected much better service.
