My package still hasn’t arrived yet after 2 weeks which is appalling and not acceptable.
I have used Pro Direct before but this time I’m still waiting for the boots and gloves and nothing received - poor.

Great experience. For myself, a key positive characteristic of a professional online retail company is its ability to process the order expeditiously and dispatch within a day or so - not having to wait for the stock to arrive which happens too often with some companies.
Pro Direct’s ability to do this exemplary. I was further delighted that Pro Direct actually had in stock the exact product I was searching for particularly having spent a lot of time searching for it on the internet without success.
Finally, the actual delivery was very good with a 2 day turnaround.

Good Service, but Delivery and Return Charges Let It Down
While I've generally been happy with Pro:Direct's service and the products are delivered promptly, I think their delivery and returns charges are disappointing. Paying £5 for delivery and then £3 to return an item is expensive, especially when you're buying clothing or shoes to try for size or fit. Many other retailers offer free delivery and free returns, which makes the shopping experience much more customer-friendly. If Pro:Direct reviewed this policy, it would make a big difference.
