Very helpful and friendly staff and great choices.

We needed a new set of pots and pans. After a lot of searching and reading reviews we finally decided on a Pro Cook Professional 10 piece set. We know they are decent quality as we have used them extensively elsewhere. A visit to our nearest store at Mcarthur Glen, East Midlands followed. Here we were warmly greeted by a friendly person called Joanna. Big shout out to this lovely lady. She recalled my phone conversation with her the previous evening and was very helpful with the purchase - even as far as making an amendment to the items within the set to accomodate our requirements. We had missed an offer of £40 off but Joanna advised us that we could still get a discount by downloading the app, which amounted to the same money off. Wonderful service ! We cooked our first meal using the pans this evening and they appear to be just as good as the other set we have used. Would definitely recommend the pans and the shop at Mcarthur Glen East Midlands.

A refreshing change to have a human serving you, not only that, a helpful and extremely knowledgeable person, patient, encouraging but not pushy. I went in to the shop, which I have to say was very well turned out and clean, not knowing exactly what I wanted, just an idea but I came out with exactly the right products. I wish I’d taken the lady’s name as she was so good at her job.

I was looking for a new milk pan to replace my old one where the inner coating was peeling off. The member of staff who advised me was very informative and I now have a new pan that is stable on my gas hob and that looks smart. Thank you

They have a lot of nice items well displayed ,good quality , I think the staff could of been a bit more customer aware.

The products is good but I found after my first cook the mushroom then cleaned, I found the inside of pan has some spots, I’m not sure how to remove them.

The staff were excellent, very approachable, and had good knowledge of the products.

They replaced a non stick saucepan under warranty without hesitation and with an apology. It was 4 years old and the non stick surface was failing.
