Very helpful assistant/manager who…
Very helpful assistant/manager who immediately knew where the product was that I requested and kindly got it for me. She then preserved with a till system that kept falling out. She was a very pleasant lady.

The staff were very friendly and…
The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and explained to us in detail about the pots and pans and how to treat the ceramic pans telling us the do's and the dont's that they recommend with them. Also they told us about the sale that was on and how we could get some bargains in the store

Excellent customer service
I was assisted really quickly and got helpful advice about a suitable product for my needs. I felt that I was guided to the best product rather than the most expensive as the assistant listed to my requirements and asked helpful questions about how and how often I would use it. I will definitely return.
