I waited for years before I finally purchased this bike. Excellent customer service and pricing. Shipping was exceptional and the bike arrived in 2 days in San Francisco. It’s the best bike I have ever had.

My morning commute involved walking from my home to a bus stop and then walking from a downtown bus stop to my office. I was searching for a lightweight bicycle that I could easily load on a bus and cut my walking time in half. I landed on the Ace of Clubs, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The bike arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. The ride is smooth and very quiet. And because it doesn't have a chain, I don't have to worry about getting grease on my work pants as I ride it. I look forward to someday upgrading it to a higher-end Priority model.

I love my hot sauce Bicycle love the technology behind it, love the simplicity of the belt drive and the internal gears, rides incredible. I owned many different Bicycles throughout my life, carbon fiber, high-end bikes, and this rides better than them and is just as light.

The belt drive is really sweet. The bike is nice and light and handles well. The video instructions made it a snap to assemble - I did assembly outside my motorhome under the awning. The bike really rides well and the internal gear hub shifts smoothly. I did not know it would tick in 2nd and 3rd gear, but Priority even has a video that covers that! Great bike!

Professional and responsive from start to finish! First of all, the “Priority Eight” bike I ordered was shipped and delivered in less than a week. The bike itself is absolutely the best bike I’ve ever owned — I love it!

Later, I needed a rack, and that was shipped quickly as well. I’m really impressed with both the quality of the products and the smooth, easy purchasing process.

I also thought it would be great to introduce a belt-drive bike to the kids I work with at Blackstone Bicycle Works in Chicago. I’ll be using the bike for my daily commute — riding to the Metra station and then another 9 miles to work at Blackstone Bicycle Works, where I serve as a program manager.

This summer is going to be awesome thanks to Priority!

Good looking bike. Hand brakes are great. The belt guard had to come off because it rubbed. Overall 5/5 my daughter loves it.

I had high hopes for the bike and while it is what it says it is, I set my expectations a little too high. First, for under $700, it is a great value. I wanted and casual geometry chromoly frame, belt drive, and IGH with at least 7 gears. This is tough to find and nearly unheard of for less than $1000. That being said, the components and finishes and quality control are lesser than what I am acustom to. Many people won't mind or notice at this price point. I will continue to ride this bike and enjoy it. I would likely recommend it to most casual riders looking for a fun low frill and low maintenance casual commuter bike.

Priority customer service has been excellent. The bike I purchased went on sale one week after original purchase. Priority refunded me the sales price difference. I ordered accessories twice, both times everything arrived quickly and they communicated with me throughout all three transactions.
