We ordered 12 Priority Kids bikes. Communication with the sales executive was very good and easy. Quick responses and clear communication. The bikes are top notch quality. They look good and the kids love them. So far, no issues in regards to maintenance or breakdowns. We expect to have our customers make many miles on these bikes.

53 years ago I passed my driving test and I put my Schwinn 10-speed in the basement. Today I picked up my new Priority 600 and am already bonding with the bike. I am no cyclist, obviously, but the smooth functioning of the Pinion gears and Gates carbon belt drive makes me feel like one. I live near community fire and rail trails, and I look forward to filling my panniers at the grocery store, confident the bike can handle the gravel, dirt, and paved paths on the way home. A mention to the Beeline group at E-Bikes 508 in Plymouth, MA who assembled the bike and patiently answered all my 1970-era questions. All around, a very pleasant experience with the 600 from day 1.

I feel like I got great value for my money. It's a solid bike. Assembly instructions could have been more detailed (I accidentally broke the front brake connection during assembly). I had a question about the water bottle holder, and received a prompt response. Shipping was prompt. I love supporting American-made.

I spent a fair amount of time looking for 2 “forever” comfortable, durable cruiser bikes for my wife and I. Lots of research, lots of consideration. Priority Bicycles name kept popping up when seeking quality, value, ease of purchase, and desirable features. I bought 2 bikes from Priority. The shipping was quick and the bikes arrived in perfect condition. Some minor assembly was needed, which was easy and fast with all tools provided. A clear assembly video on Priority’s webpage made it a breeze actually. My wife and I have now been bike riding after decades of not owning bikes and we couldn’t be happier with our choices. I wouldn’t change a thing about the purchase and would highly recommend Priority Bicycles to anyone.
