Ordered a photobook but when it arrived it had a fault with the printing - white borders on the top of some pages. When you try and contact customer services you get an automated response but no help. I've sent several emails but I've never had a response. The photobook was meant to be a Birthday present so very disappointing. I won't be using them again.

My calendars were much smaller than I’ve ordered in the past. I didn’t read the fine print. I thought it was 8x 12 when it was closed. Not when it was opened. Otherwise it was printed nicely. Just a little too small.
The art looks amazing. For future projects, I will definitely use yall again. It also arrived here extremely fast. Well worth the price!
I had 2 coffee table books printed by Printer Pix, and paid $279. I am a professional photographer and can make my photos lighter or darker as needed. Printer Pix made most of the 75 photos in my book either too dark, or too light; destroying the look. I don't know why they changed them. I emailed them, and they asked to see how the photos should be vs what was printed. There was a big difference. They asked me to make a ticket out, explaining the issue a 2nd time, which I did. I haven't heard back from them in over 3 months, despite my continued emails(6) demanding my money back like they promise. They don't give you your money back like they advertise. Stay away!

I emailed them 9 times in the past 3 months, and I got a generic reply that wanted me to "Report a problem" 3 times from Hannah Mae. I reported the problem and they replied they would reply within 48 hours. It took a month and again they sent the same generic "Report a problem" email.

I was not expecting to be so pleased with this product at such a great price!! The quality of the material is great. The picture was clear and vivid. It also came a few day early! Could not be happier and my son LOVES it!!

I have used Printerpix for many years and have always been satisfied. One of the main reasons I continue to use this company is that I know if for some reason I make a mistake on using the voucher or ordering the wrong voucher, I know that I have someone who will help me correct that mistake. I make a book yearly and this year I bought the wrong voucher. So I contacted the company and they worked to correct the problem. The person I had helping me was Mekail Stephen. He was very helpful in helping correct my problem. He was constantly in touch with me keeping me informed with what he was doing to help me. It's comforting to know that I have a "human" to solve my mistakes and Mekail did a wonderful job of helping me! I would highly recommend Printerpix for all of your projects!
I inadvertently put the incorrect post code on my order so the product did not arrive. Whilst it was entirely my fault, the company gave me 50% off my reorder and Mekail Stephen was a regular and supportive contact. They were under no obligation to do this so I am very grateful.
I needed assistance with a voucher/order issue (due to my error), and customer service rep (Mekail Stephen) understood and was extremely helpful in helping me resolve the issue, thus allowing me to create my project. Thanks much!
We paid for the Sherpa blanket and received an all fleece one.

Printerpix has been great. Their support was outstanding. I have used them three times already and will continue to use them.
My order was late and I paid almost £9 for shipping, my order was wrong they gave the picture a boarder when I specified i did not want a white boarder.
The picture quality doesn't look ultra HD which I also paid extra for.
Over one week I have not received any reply from their complaints team after I sent 3 complaints.
I would avoid this company next time Im looking to make a purchase of framed pictures

Printerpix made it easy to build a customized puzzle. I uploaded a photo from my camera and easily adjusted the picture to fit the vision I have for the mother's day gift I was making. I plan on using Printerpix again.
Criminals!
Unbelievably, I am receiving automated email responses claiming that I have not reacted, which I have done on each occasion. This is clearly a scam! Do NOT buy anything from them ever!
I expect a response to this review from a Printerpix employee stating that they email me to respond accordingly. I say this as they had done this in the past and the emails are automated and do not solve anything but rather open up more problems.

I purchased a blanket for family member, my sister is absolutely to the moon with the lightweight blanket. I would recommend purchasing blanket to anyone interested in having a happy family member.
Hi usually buy Printerpix products. Photo Book are well done, good quality of printing all for a fair price. Every time i had a problem about my order, the Customer service helped me a lot in solving all the issues.
Not even 1 star I give I purchased a 25pk and only received 1 card and wasn't even the final 1 I purchased
