The ordering process was super easy…

The ordering process was super easy and the blanket turned out adorable. The only thing I would suggest is not putting a very sticky label that seems to not have a real purpose on the blanket. It took off quite a bit of fuzz when I gently pulled it off the blanket. Thank you!

This purchase was probably the best thing I've ever gotten!!! The picture on the blanket came out beautiful and the blanket. My purchase also arrived very quickly and packaged nicely!!

14 years of love that was lost is now back!

14 years of love will never end. They have all passed away and this purchase was worth every single penny. I am overwhelmed with emotion and the feeling of them back home with this beautiful blanket has me over the moon with happiness. Helps with healing the loss but brought them back to me!! Thinking of making more purchases for my family as they’ve also lost close pets and loved ones. Thank you thank you so much for doing an amazing job! I can’t recommend this enough!!!!

Late and awful quality

It showed up 5 days late after paying "rush" postage in time for mothers day. Eventually it did show up, and i must say it's the worst quality print and frame I've seen! The image was grainy, and had been compressed horitzontaly so it looked squashed. The frame didn't even come with a stand, and was the cheapest artificial wood I have seen. AVOID

Project was beautiful when delivered, but help was lacking.

There needs to be more information on how to navigate setting up a photo book. I wasted a lot of time trying to contact Printerpix. There is no one to speak to, so it must be done by email. It would have helped if someone had taken a look at my project and explained that I had 20 blank pages! It was my first project and I was not familiar with the app.

STAY AWAY: Waiting 4 months and still no book, Raised 5 tickets - they don't care

Got a voucher from Groupon for 2 books. Ordered one, then they would not let me order the second.

I raised 5 tickets - every single one got an AI bot response not helpful at all until I contacted Groupon. Groupon must have convinced them to get things together, as they offered to fix the situation and finally send me the missing book.

Only they never replied to their offer. Instead, they ignored me again.

I raised 5 tickets over 4 months and I still don't have the second book I paid for with Groupon.

You will see people replying to these reviews and offering to open a new ticket. That's the ticket link I opened every time. Every one of those tickets I opened was through that link and ALL of them were ignored.

These people don't care, and the sad thing is it's a good product - but you just won't get it.

There are so many places like this out there. Pick literally any other one because this one will take your money and if you're lucky give you half of what they owe you. Truly awful STAY AWAY.

Horrible experience

I ordered 70 cards and only received 1 card in the mail. I have reached out several times and can only get AI Hannah, who states a ticket as been made. But I never hear anything back from them.

This company is the worst

This company is the worst. I’ve reached out. I bought a Groupon for a yard sign. It still is charging me another $60 when I reached out to them and show them the correct item is in my cart. I get nothing. The customer service is horrible. I’ve been talking with them for over a month and nothing.

Order not delivered and no response from company

I placed an order for a photobook for Mother's Day and was informed it would arrive early or worst case on time. It has not and I cannot get in touch or get a response from this company. The tracking shows it is with Asendia, but there is no update and again, I cannot get in touch or a response from this company. I want PrinterPix to respond to this and get in touch personally to rectify the issue. If this does not happen, I will look to go down a legal route to reclaim my money

Misleading discount and wasted hours of work

I’m deeply disappointed with my experience with Printerpix.

I started up build a photo book after receiving a promotional email that stated **Exclusive Offer: 75% off**.

Believing I would benefit from this discount I spent several days and many hours creating my photo book, carefully refining it, adding extra pages, and choosing a larger format because I believed these additions would still be affordable with the advertised discount.

However at check out the code only gave me 17% off. When I queried this with the support team I was informed that the offer was actually only **up to 75% off”*.

I have sent the email I received back to Printerpix as nowhere does it state 'up-to' and to be told that after I had gone to all the effort is extremely disappointing and misleading. Because of the final £88 price tag, I now have no choice but to abandon the project and start all over again with another provider, as I simply cannot afford that price.

I chose Printerpix because I trusted the marketing communication they sent me. I feel let down and honestly believe the company should honour the offer that was presented, rather than leaving customers feeling misled after they have already invested significant time and effort.

I ordered personalised puzzle 56 days…

I ordered personalised puzzle 6 days ago and chose rush delivery which is 1-3 days max. After 6 days im not even received comfirmation email. I wiuld not recomend this company for any future order.

Excellent support at all times

I have to say Mekail Stephen has been excellent in assisting me by moving the redemption date of my coupon whilst I've been having hospital treatment.
