It's been 3 months since I chased a…

It's been 3 months since I chased a sitaution that has been going on since last year November! Nothing has been resolved. Still not got my refund from 2 damaged mugs, despite a response on Trust Pilot in January this year. Terrible company and experience. Wouldn't shop here again

A nightmare and a bunch of liars who steal from their customers

For approximately 7 months now I have been going back and forth with printed pics over a canvas unmetal that they did not send and I also paid for a hanger in the process of doing this I have received three damage canvas was instructed to sing pictures of it and now I'm asking to reset the video which I have already did Albert it's the guy that I have been communicating with along with Hannah my mom passed away in September and I entrusted them with a very personal picture of my deceased grandmother and mother which have been a nightmare to try to resolve they have treated me as if I was a thief when they had no problem with getting my money out of my account for having to ask me so run through hoops in order to get what I paid for and this economy no one should have to go through that when I've already provided payment for a service that has been pissed poor unacceptable and disrespectful that constantly use AI generated emails to communicate they don't answer the telephone will you call customer service this company is not to be trusted and they do steal from their customers beware I have done several reviews over the last 7 months because I'm still currently at 77 emails communicating with them about replacing the one canvas make it make sense do better printerpix let me add they also sent the replacement and was sent to the wrong address send me a picture from FedEx as it was my front door so I had to prove to them that that wasn't my front door that was some random person I had I don't even know

Product size is deceiving

Product size is deceiving. Ordered an 8x12 wall calendar. Nowhere in the description does it tell you each page is actually 8x6. 8x12 is total size when opened which is very unusual. It does tell you at the very end when checking out, but it's not something you'd notice. Now I have this tiny little calendar. Not what I would call a wall calendar. Going to pay now to have them redone somewhere else.

Blanket needs to be REPRINTED

Blanket needs to be REPRINTED. Posted previously and "Joey" from customer NO service claimed customer service emailed me to resolve the quality issue. Complete and utter BS. NEVER got an email. I have filled out 4+ "tickets" which have all been ignored. Pathetic customer service experience. Time to dispute the charge on my credit card or this company will just continue handwaving.

Very satisfied

I have ordered many customized photo books from printerpix. 1 was a fail. I will admit the customer service is all recorded and you can never get a real person. But I always receive my order ahead of schedule. I received one in the mail today and it was not due for another 3 days. Always good quality. I like the selection of backgrounds, could use a bit more, but they are fine. The clipart also is good.

Nobody replying

Hi Joey,
Thank you for replying but I haven’t received any emails from anybody at Printerprix. The last time I posted a review I only received an email telling me I am not entitled to a refund and after sending multiple emails in an attempt on my part to work things out I was totally ignored. After 4 months this is just ridiculous!

Most frustrating experience

Most frustrating experience. Customer service is non-existent. I’ve created several tickets requesting help to complete my photobook project but no response. Editing is impossible. I used Smart Creation feature and it created a 62 page book and I’m not able to delete the pages.

Impressed and Pleased

I was very impressed and pleased with my middle binded calendars. The website is very user-friendly and easy to navigate with capturing pics and design layout. The quality and fine details of the pictures is spectacular. I placed a second order as a result of my positive experience.

My photo blanket is amazing!

The order was easy to place online. The blanket I ordered came out perfect and the order was processed, completed, shipped and arrived much faster than I ever expected. I will definitely be using Printerpix again!

Printer pix is the best place to make a photo book

Printer pix is the best place to make a photo book. Excellent pricing. Many styles of photo books to choose from. The software to design the book is easy to use if you are moderately tech savvy. It can completely arrange the book for you, but I like to do it myself. There are many design elements to choose from and a great selection of options within each element (ie lots of font options for text, lots of background colors and textures). The book itself is high quality with thick pages and a sturdy cover. The printing colors are vibrant. The book arrived on time. I never needed to contact customer support so I can’t rate that. All in all a great experience.
