I’ve been dealing with them since November of 2025. I ordered a puzzle as a Christmas gift and paid extra for the enhancement which was supposed to be brighter images.
It was so dark I had to hold it up to a lamp to see what it was. Didn’t come with the matching box and is so thin I am scared it will tear.
Customer service is all AI.
They won’t reprint , refund or send me a return address label to help me.
That said NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL.
I waisted $40. to a company I will never use again.
Please don’t use them.

It was fairly easy to make. The color of the pictures is very good. I would have liked to had an option for changing the font size on the dates when entering text. At least I couldn't figure out how to change it. But all in all, I'm happy with the calendar. It seems to be good quality.

I ordered a custom banner for our riders group poker run. It will be used to identify the place to stop and receive their drawing info. Because it's weather proof vinyl, I know we will be able to use it for many years and events to come.

This is a well overdue review. I ordered this picture puzzle of my twins 30th bday pic for a present. It is an excellent quality photo on all the puzzle pieces! Which match up perfectly! They loved it! Thank you so much for a pleasant experience from beginning to end! This puzzle is a keepsake for my twins!
Worst company ever. Absolutely terrible experience.
Before placing my order, I noticed that the sample preview image was cutting off the top of my photo. I immediately emailed the company to fix it before production — and never received a response.
When the pillow arrived, it had the exact issue I tried to prevent. The top of the image was cut off, with top of
heads literally missing from the print. Completely unacceptable, especially considering this was avoidable.
I paid over $60 for this pillow, and the final product looks nothing like what I intended.
I’ve since reached out multiple times trying to resolve this — even providing the original full image along with photos of the defective pillow — and again, no response whatsoever.
So not only is the quality poor, but the customer service is nonexistent.
At this point, it feels like once they have your money, they simply disappear.
Save your money and go somewhere that actually stands behind their product.

Customer Service is terrible, I ordered a picture blanket for my Nephews funeral and I was told it wouldn’t make it in time and couldn’t change the delivery options. So this AI bot they have you texting with “Hannah” said they would refund this one and for me to order another one with rush delivery. So I did that, and both was delivered within a day apart🤦🏾♀️. The 1st one was to be cancelled and refunded!!! Now I’m going back and forth with them about this. Beware of this company if you could use someone else then do so!!! Grieving and disappointed!!!! I also have screen shots of emails and product charges.

I never received the product I have emailed twice saying that the shipping carrier has shown that they had never received it for over a week nobody has gotten back to me yet.

The blanket is beautiful and my Mom loved it!
Not all my canvas prints arrived. I reported this 3 times. Got an automated note they would look into it, but never did. Also, I had voucher for free shipping but was still charged. Again, no response from company!

It is the perfect book to look back on when my grandchildren get older. Great memories.
The creation process was easy, and the product shipped quickly for a custom item. The blanket came out great and looked exactly like my design.
Their support appears to be great here, once someone complains about the service, but forget about getting any support while you're actually trying to use a Groupon or while building the photobook on their site.
They have a "callback" support option but never receive a call, even after multiple requests. Their system for managing groupons is terrible - dates that say they expire in 01-01-1900.
There are too many alternatives out there. Stay away from this one.

Beware of dealing with Printerpix if you have a quality problem with your order, despite their website guarantees. I would make this score zero if I could, on the basis of a total inability to get customer service for a quality problem I've experienced with two of their photo blanket products that I ordered 12 days ago, despite their claims of a 100% satisfaction guarantee. I have been emailing for over a week, and keep being told to fill in an online form despite telling them repeatedly that a glitch in the form not recognising my order number is preventing me from doing this. I suspect I have been dealing entirely with AI sending me these futile email responses, many of which are clearly automated. Their website is totally misleading in its suggestion that you can 'connect with an agent', 'request a callback', 'submit a ticket for customer service': these involve the same defective online form and none of them have produced support for me over the past 6 working days I've been repeatedly trying to report and resolve my issue. I plan to report them to trading standards as a customer totally failed by this very misleading sales promise of customer satisfaction and service.
UPDATE with respect to the response received from Printerpix via this platform: I have not received an email from their customer service team in relation to this issue.
