Great service and communication,top company.

Overall not a great experience.

* Products sold as in stock but in fact weren’t even in the country.

* No communication regarding delays (Unless you reach out first).

* Items delivered damaged.

I wouldn’t use them again

I have made several small orders over the last year.
Things are extremely busy. That said communication is good and alternative swop out stock or refunds are not an issue.
In the current climate dont expect you order next day however they continue to be an excellent resource to my preparation

Order dispatched quickly and the ammo box arrived within few days.
Generally in very good condition, but a wind of gaffa tape would have stopped the metal handles scratching the sides.
The boxes have heavy-duty folding lever-lock clasp for secure closure, but aren't locking without fitting locks.

We ordered a backpack from them, heard nothing for weeks so we chased multiple times for an update only to finally, after weeks of waiting, be told that they didn't have the item in stock.

We then asked for a refund, which they said would take up to 7 days to process, and we still haven't received it despite contacting them again to chase it up.

We've now had to resort to requesting a chargeback through our bank, which is frankly frustrating and lots of extra admin.

They never initiated contact with us throughout the entire process, it was always us chasing them up.

Do not buy from them, they're dishonest and will hold onto your money for months.

Quality products at unbelievably good prices and delivery to N. Ireland was no problem. Very pleased with the quality. Definitely would recommend.

Wish I could rate them 0 stars. Took my money totalling almost £500 more than a month ago. After the delivery timescale had passed we got in touch to find out they didn't even have the stock. Requested a refund, which they said would be within 7 days. Still nothing 3 weeks later. No phone number, no forthcoming reply via email. Total SCAM

The website is easy to navigate, with clear categories and detailed product descriptions that help customers make informed choices.

The waiting for my clothes was quite long!!!! I had to email you to check if it was going to be delivered. Apart from that everything is good with the clothing.

The recipient was very pleased with the product but the time it took to arrive was extremely disappointing.

Got to say that after making 10+ orders with Preppershop I have yet to have a negative experience. The site is well laid out. The special offer emails are always welcome and interesting, and delivery is always timely, with progress reports along the way. Can't fault them.

Great service, slight delay with posting out to me, but once sent very quick delivery, will definitely be buying from Preppers again.

DO NOT buy from this company! They have such bad reviews for a reason.
My entire order process was delayed and very unprofessional. They failed to inform me of the delays until I got in touch to chase up the order. They then told me an item wasn't even in stock when I'd been assured it was during the order process.
I cancelled the order and they offered a refund, which took ages to process and I am still waiting for the payment to be made over two weeks later.
They might be cheap, but you pay for it with delays and poor service.

I placed an order 9th Feb online, (item was in stock ) I waited 3 weeks no communication from company, I cancelled order and asked for refund,received an email saying items out of stock ( I could wait on stock, get credit note, or refund) I cancelled and asked for refund, after a lot of back and forth, 4 months in total, I eventually had to raise dispute with PayPal to get my refund, terrible customer service, I would not purchase or recommend this company to anyone
