Great service, slight delay with posting out to me, but once sent very quick delivery, will definitely be buying from Preppers again.

DO NOT buy from this company! They have such bad reviews for a reason.
My entire order process was delayed and very unprofessional. They failed to inform me of the delays until I got in touch to chase up the order. They then told me an item wasn't even in stock when I'd been assured it was during the order process.
I cancelled the order and they offered a refund, which took ages to process and I am still waiting for the payment to be made over two weeks later.
They might be cheap, but you pay for it with delays and poor service.

I placed an order 9th Feb online, (item was in stock ) I waited 3 weeks no communication from company, I cancelled order and asked for refund,received an email saying items out of stock ( I could wait on stock, get credit note, or refund) I cancelled and asked for refund, after a lot of back and forth, 4 months in total, I eventually had to raise dispute with PayPal to get my refund, terrible customer service, I would not purchase or recommend this company to anyone

I think the prices and range of stock is excellent, and service and delivery is also very good. I was disappointed to discover the retail counter is no longer there and you can only buy online. I used to like to pop in and browse when I was passing. Only criticism is some descriptions of items on the website could be better - for example dimensions of bags. Seems all the more important as it’s no longer possible to pop in the shop.

Fast delivery, good communication. Good quality. Recommended would purchase again.

The preppers shop uk sells some brilliant gear how ever their communication is one of the worst i have encountered buying on line, if you have a problem please email they say and please don't send multiple emails as it slows the response well if they responed to the first one with a good exsplaination and kept the customer informed as to the problem i am waiting four days for a reply to a query . good products but communication 0

I’ve ordered from Preppers Shop many times in the past, and I’ve always been pleased with the quality of their products—this time, though, my experience was very disappointing. Yes, I eventually received the items, but the journey was full of back-and-forth. I got half the delivery with no communication about why it was incomplete. After chasing them, I was told that new legislation had impacted the stock, so I had to accept substitute items. Then, more items were out of stock, and I was left deciding whether to reorder or ask for a refund. After six or more emails and repeated promises that the full order would arrive, I finally got everything—eventually. That said, the service was not up to scratch. I spent nearly £600, and even though the products are now with me, the customer journey was far too inconsistent. I do appreciate their past support, but for such a large spend, I expected a much better, smoother service. Thank you for your time, but I hope they can work on improving this in the future.

Preppers shop have really turned themselves around.

I ordered x2 bushcraft knives. Knives were in stock and despatched quickly. Very happy. All good.

I don't like to talk bad about anyone, so I'll be brief...
You have to be very patient and understanding...

My first order of three knives and a prep food bundle that was supposed to have a 20 year expiry date, was a long wait for the delivery. I spent about £90 and it was disappointing as one of the knives was wrong and the sell by date for the prep food was laughably only next year!!!
Regardless of this I still went ahead and ordered a load more different items which amounted to £436 only for me to wait two months without any updates from the company unless I prompted.
As a dedicated prepper I had intended on buying many more items from this company and would have been a great customer. Unfortunately the service provided from this company is diabolical. In fact everything about this company is shockingly bad! They clearly don’t have any stock but are happy to take your money and hope for the best.
I now realise why they don’t have a direct contact number because they would be inundated with complaints.
After over 8 weeks I’ve now had to raise a dispute with my bank to get refunded. Because even when I asked for a refund, when they do actually reply they just lie. Do not buy anything from this company! This is not a Preppers Shop…. This is a Scammers Shop!

Feels like a bit of a scam at this point. Hope I am wrong.

Without getting into how this company took the royal piss, it was the cocky staff members reply what made me leave a bad review! the problem was enough for me to never want to shop with them again.
Take your money elsewhere like merlin archery or pheonix archery just to name a couple others

I have still not received my order that I put in February for 3 Solar power banks ?
I have also e mailed your company and have not even received a reply ?

Ordered in April (Order #32946799) and after giving them the chance to sort out issues with suppliers (I understand the global situation is not helping) I cancelled the order well over a week ago and am still waiting on my refund. Communication is sporadic and varied and there is no telephone number to contact the business. They miss their own deadlines time and time again and after giving them the benefit of the doubt I am now moving to recoup my money through a Section 75 claim through my credit card. Would not recommend.

Why can't I give a score of zero!!!? I made the mistake of placing an order with this business. After it failed to deliver my items I exercised my legal right to ask for a refund, via PayPal (Consumer Contracts Regulations). The business emailed me to ask me why and I replied. Their response was to threaten me with legal action! They claimed I had received the goods and that I had fraudulently claimed a refund - but couldn't provide proof of delivery (because there hadn't been one!). Avoid at all costs.

Still waiting for my order to be shipped weeks after ordering. They have just told me by email it may be another two weeks. There was no mention of this long order time on their website and their response is that if I don’t like it I can cancel the order. They also refuse to talk over the phone
