Phoned around quite a few companies to fix my leaky windscreen. I have a Volvo XC60 and it's a common fault that the bonding comes apart. The repair is to remove the original screen in one piece and rebond it back in. However sometimes the screen breaks when it comes out and you then need to pay for a new one. So everyone had two prices, out and in price and a new windscreen price.
Premier were cheaper for the in and out, but a bit dearer for the new screen. I took it down the following day to Glasgow at 10, and drove home with the same screen re-bonded. A bit of a wait while they did it, but at £132 for the out and in, a damn site cheaper than the £348 for a new screen. Everyone in the place was very pleasant and I was offered coffee or tea etc while I waited.
Shockingly slow response to enquiry. And when they do respond it was vague and unhelp.
I contacted 4 companies about my requirement , these guys came bottom by country mile .I would suggest avoiding them. Customer service is shocking a low email response
