Scam casino

Scam casino! Even Transak support team labels them as scammy and untrustworthy, as they are avoiding to resolve issues related to deposited balance that was credited to them but never reached my account ,neither a refund was issued from casinos side.

Ps. Im also being avoided by the support team via email and live chat is not available.

Hi, funds are credited to players accounts automatically when they are added to the wallet IDs shown when you are logged in, if this is entered incorrectly or if an amount smaller than the stated minimum is sent, then we don't receive funds and therefore cannot add to accounts, this is the same for all crypto casinos

Misleading "No Wagering" Promotion

I signed up specifically for their "50 Free Spins on Big Bass Floats My Boat" promotion which clearly stated "No wagering required" in the terms. After depositing €10 and using the free spins, I attempted to withdraw my balance of €10.90 only to be told "You need to wager your deposit balance in order to can make a withdrawal."

This directly contradicts their advertised "No wagering required" terms. I made sure to close any previous bonuses before activating this one, as required. Extremely disappointing to see a casino not honor their own clearly stated promotional terms. Potential players should be aware of this bait-and-switch tactic.

Hi, full terms can be found on the bonus itself, the message was regarding no wagering needed to claim the bonus, the winnings do need to be wagered before they can be withdrawn
