At first when I found this app a few weeks ago I was really excited! However, right after that first cash out it seemed like there was some type of a change and I’m not sure why because now this app has started banning me from logging in for up to 12 hours at a time; I can’t even begin to understand why.

I’m very experienced with surveys, I have a certificate in Marketing from the Ted Rogers School of Business. I know how to fill studies out properly and I always take the time and effort to do it even with open-ended replies. Now since I’ve cashed out once this app is making it virtually impossible for me to work on there at all and I resent being banned off the app for no fair or valid reason.

I’m hence going to delete my account and I suggest that you not waste too much time on this app as well. I am in Canada and the app is listed as originating in the UK so I’m not sure if that has anything to do with being randomly “banned” most days for at least 15 minutes.

I was born in the UK and have a very good command of the English language so I don’t know why they are just randomly banning me. Sometimes they banned me because their own clients immediately disqualify me a few times in a row when I entered a study, but that could be as simple as the demographics of the particular study or the fact that I am disabled and I can no longer work.

There is nothing in the rules that says you can’t cash out more than once but I’m beginning to find it doubtful I will ever cash out again and that really defeats the purpose of working on a panel. So overall I am giving this panel a two out of five.

I feel that they are discriminating against me for some reason but I suspect it’s either based on nationality or the fact that I am not working.

It is discriminatory and highly improper for anyone to be judged on the basis of collecting social assistance and I’m surprised that any panel in this day and age would do so. I refuse to be associated with such a panel. I have worked on a few panels for up to 6 years and also see the others who have reviewed the panel are also saying that they have been randomly banned for a period of time.

I feel this is very de-motivating and in fact it’s frustrating because often times they are just banning people because they were disqualified from a study. Every other panel, including Ipsos, states clearly that disqualifications are normal, but at Poll Pay they penalize you for it.

This panel is unprofessional and a waste of your time.

This app sucks! Trying to say my account is too new to get a payout once I reach my 10 dollars! Nice way to hustle people l, tall will be in court soon.

I never leave reviews for apps or services so you know this must be bad! There are 3 main problems that I want to address.

1. it takes ages to get any money because surveys keep throwing you out and they rarely show up.

2. when you have been declined by a survey, or even if you correctly complete one; you get taken to a 404 error page. So, you have to close it and class it as a technical fault. The issue with this is that, when you choose technical fault too much, they assume you're a spammer and lock your account for 24hrs! (has happend 3 times for me now!)

3. I finally got to £5. I initially wanted to transfer my money to paypal but turns out you need a minimum of £10 SO I decided to just cash out to amazon for £5 and close my account because of all the problems i've had with it. But when I tried to cash out it said my account is too new to cash out. What the hell? I've been on this app for 2 weeks, I was never told that your account needs to be open for a certain period of time before cashing out. I put effort and time into doing these surveys so why does it matter how new or old my account is?

There's no way to contact the company. They have no contact information showing, no email, no phone number, nothing So, I'm stuck with £5 in my account and no way to get my money. I'm done with this app! I'm about to delete it and just call it a loss. I would recommend everybody AVOID THIS APP AT ALL COSTS. IT'S A SCAM!

This website is a SCAM. They mislead you into thinking they're going to pay you for the hours you waste doing mind numbing surveys. In reality, when you get close to £5 (the minimum cash out) they freeze your account on the pretext that you've given "contradictory answers". Have nothing to do with these fraudsters.

I've been waiting 2 weeks for my Amazon voucher. I've emailed them countless times no answer. They finally said they were upgrading it would take a while. But now I can't get into my account at all! Funny that! So I gather I'm blocked for complaining! Cheers! All I want is my voucher not much to ask for doing the surveys

Hello Pollpay support, today open the app, to do Surveys, realize that had an update. This update banned my application account, I do not know what was the reason, for this block, at no time tried to circumvent the application, always did the activities with great dedication and honesty, but was caught by surprise with this block. I need help getting my account suspended because I didn't do anything wrong. The application is very good and it is part of my daily life, I hope this message does not go unnoticed or in vain. Help me, thank you very much.

As per the 6th Aug 2018 review ! got paid out once (£10) then didn't pay the next £10, while I waited for customer service responses (one initial email then silence for over a year despite follow ups, I managed to amass £12.50. They've not paid this either..

Well I joined a few days ago and so far, have not had a single survey offered! Every time I check-in there's nothing to do. Seems like a big waste of time.

worst company around for payments. They dont answer the support section and I have been waiting for about 3 months. Don't waste your time as many others do pay, just not these!

I finally reached the £10 payout on 28th Sept, their FAQs say payments are processed at the beginning of the month, well here it is almost the beginning of December and still nothing. Plus I have submitted several support tickets & emails and get absolutely no response! All my support tickets say pending! Don't waste your time!

how pollpay gets several 5 star ratings is beyond me--the site owner must have posted these false claims himself-
