Though in starting its good but now after changing the whole UI of app its worthless for countries who have no opportunies when 10 usd is the minimum cashout its great but now we will have to reach 25 usd additionally we have to verify paypal and phone number like swagbucks here their are circumstances when a person uses app but he want payment in another paypal now the main problem name should be same in pollpay with paypal ridiculous

Abseloutely $hit is an understatement . I was to have 50 dollars cash out from games and still Nothing. they don't pay you and take a full day to respond with emails and then when they do they blame on something on my side

This app started off great, I had successful cashouts, the facial recognition worked fine;
However, the facial recognition now fails BEFORE even loading the camera. I have messaged several times for a resolution as I want the money I earnt, but I keep getting the same generic message saying they can't do anything! No apologies no nothing.
They won't do a thing about it. They do not care about their members at all. I have money on my account that they are have prevented me having since September!

When I done survey's from this site a couple of years ago, everything was good.
I am trying to get back on the site but because I have lost my password I can't log in and can't find anywhere on the site to ask how to change my password, them give me a new password etc.
I really want to go back on the site, and just don't know how to get back on the site (I am also trying to get back on AttaPoll, same problems as above)
both sites were very good to me, enjoyed my time there, and I am now at a lost of how to get back, hence writing here, even though it might not be the right place.

Not good experience my accound suspend two time and this time almost i rnear the $15 but they suspend my accound, minumum pay is $15 which is very very hard to reach $15 to redeem so give only one star*👎️

I have managed to reach 11.87$ yet not able to redeem my rewards: since PayPal isn't available for Nigerian users,I requested for Airtm or Amazon gift code but surprisingly no response. They have a bad habit of not responding to questions/whatever you need help with unlike other survey platforms such as Timebucks or Surveyeah.I'm hoping they will give positive response in the next few days or else...

I asked for a refund and you suspended me for 18 days under the pretext of fraudulent activity and I didn't do anything and after I waited for 18 days I was surprised that they refused to send me the refund why are you wasting our time
If you do not send the refund to me, I will post it on all social media and advise them not to use your application

Not sure why it would be 24 hours to get paid out but I’ve got so many hpurs in the games I’ll know if they do not pay!

So this is my second review of these shysters. Just don’t waste your time. Spent ages trying to redeem my hard earned money without success. Eventually achieved it and it said I would receive my money in 48 hours. No I didn’t. No response from their support. Expect some kind of crap to be written under here in response but it’ll be taken with a pinch of salt. You’ve been warned! Don’t touch them with anybody else’s bargepole!

I tried to withdraw my 5 Bucks it's Said wait 48 it's already 3 Days can i please back before the update the app was legit but now not anymore
