I reached the payout threshold. Clicked payout to PayPal, still no payment after 48hrs. It seems this is not a legitimate survey app, and the other negative reviews were correct. I would stay away from this app, there are much better alternatives.

Waste of time, can see what others are saying now... was quick to let me get to £6 in 1 day then ban me for 5 hours due to poor description on question.. the question was describe where you are? So I replied at home and apparently not sufficient enough...
Unmanned me let me get to 7quid and now all of a sudden theres nonsurveys for me... although this app has then constantly up until the 6quid mark then bom amazingly no one wants surveys anymore...
These guys are crooks, ducking hate this world where people like this get away with stuff like this...
That is time stolen from people you cant replace that :(

Earned my money tried cashing out and still saying the same thing " account is new try again in 5 days it's been more than that now 😡😡

Complete waste of time.Their surveys seem to be aimed at working people.They ask questions about employment.but there is no options for umemplyed people to select.i got banned for a day and still dont know why

They ban my account for no damn it reason man I just open the survey and boom I'm ban. It's happen 3 Times. First moment when I was ban I was ban for 1 days only and on 2nd time I was ban for 1 week or something and now 3rd time I'm ban for 1 month What is this man? I was a member of pollpay from over 5 month I never face this kinds of issue but right now I got ban 3 times. This is my 3rd time they ban my account for no reasons. I just click on the survey and they ban my account. They are totally scammer now. I can't believe this I think it's time to say goodbye to pollpay.

Disgusting treatment accusing me of violating their terms when I have done nothing. Suspending my account for no reason whatsoever denying me of my payout that I worked for!

Does this scam of a company ever actually respond to anyone I've emailed multiple times tried everything to contact them they just want to take your payment and run it seems

I don’t know why there is so many negative reviews am using this amazing app from a month and if your honest with answers you can make up to 5£ easily daily am loving it thanks pollpay!!!

Don't bother, they will ban you and take your earnings for no reason whatsoever.

Absolutely terrible company! I have spent a lot of time answering those open ended questions very truthfully and in great depth only to be suspended multiple times per week because my answers weren’t truthful! (They were and I have explained this to support and asked them to check my answers but they never bothered to help.)

I have now been barred for a whole year!?!?
(Only because I was taking too many surveys, I can only presume)

The truth about this company is that you won’t ever cash out! It was great at first, but once I reached $19, with absolutely no problems, they decided to permanently suspend my account because I didn’t take certain surveys, wasted a lot time on this company!!!

I understand open ended questions typically require some deatails, but when asked why you take surveys, i do not believe “cash” as an answer is nonspecific. Certainly not worth blocking over. Have not made it to a payout yet, but i do not expect it to happen quickly.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH POLL PAY! THEY WILL LEAVE YOUR ACCOUNT ACTIVE AND ALLOW YOU TO COMPLETE SURVEYS UNTIL YOU TRY TO WITHDRAW THE EARNINGS, THEN THEY WILL BLOCK YOUR ACCOUNT AND KEEP THE PAYMENT. You’re claiming that too many of my surveys were rejected, if that’s the issue then why wasn’t my account blocked within the 5 days I waited to withdraw? I made £10 on the first day and waited an extra 4 days without completing more surveys, why wasn’t I suspended sooner? You’re scammers

Id change the rating if my account payment is fixed. I notice you never answer when it comes to payment. Anything else you do. I got.my first payment of 15 instantly. Made 40 bucks and cashed out. Been hours and still no payment. Why didn't I get it instantly the second and 3rd time but only the first payment? I'd like what im owed. My account is still running so what gives? I'd like an explanation.

Never paid me even though i cashed out the money never entered my paypal. What a complete waste of my time Probably completed over 40 surveys for that £10 they also look for any reason to block or suspend your account when your honest and just trying to earn some money

Great surveys where I learned a lot about new services and products. And is also fun to make them.
I recommend it.

They are a rip off because they don't pay you most of the time you finish the survey's..I have just finished one for over £1.50 and after I completed it they said that I was not wanted and paid me £1.00 .. Keep away .!!!

i love pollpay in just a week i cashed out 20 pounds and it delivered to my paypal instantly
