Called Plumbnation (Plunger must be same company as bill came in as Plunger ltd ) to attend emergency heating call out because my own engineers were busy. Had call a few hours later to say they were on site and the heating system needed a new motorised valve. Ask if they could replace it while on site person replied they would have to come back, asked how much to change replied around £1700.00 Told him i could change a motorised valve for less than £300 and did he know he was talking to a mechanical engineer and we are a M&E
contractor. Told him to pack up and leave site. Had a call a few minutes from Plumbnation a few minutes later and person said that because we are in the trade he could offer a discount it could now be done for £700.00
Unbelievable. Had my own Boiler engineer attend the following day. Motorised valve working fine Fault found radiator theremostatic valves had been turned off by cleaners. Called Plumb nation for explanation said they would investigate and call back. You can guess i am still waiting.

Total scam called in to check my boiler not working the technician checks the boiler pretending to be a professional using his tester comes up with a lie to say the main PCB board faulty quoting £400 +£120 to replace it. Suggested I should replace a new boiler
Called another company over the phone guided me to check the diagnosis turned out to be the fan I replaced it the boiler started working £50
I am thinking of replacing the boiler soon but not with guys pathetic liars

Called at 9am. Assured that someone would be on site between 12 and 2pm. No show. Chased at 2:30 and 4:30 each time being assured that someone would call back and didn't. Finally at 6:30 got a text message after another chase to say they couldn't attend. Obviously too late to find anyone else. Awful communication. Awful service. Avoid.

Finding a plumber, especially someone you don't know, is a scary process. The entire staff, from the receptionist (sorry I don't know their actual title) to the customer support people that helped me make my decisions, to the installers/plumbers who arrived on site - all were very professional, prompt in notifications, and delivered exactly what was promised with no surprises and very efficiently. I have them on speed dial now!

My experience was the same as so many before me.
Was booked for 1pm to 3pm.
When I rang 3.30pm was told of problems.their would ring back and defenitly still come that day never rang,never showed.I rang twice that day.same excuses,when I rang,next morning,more excuses,more promises.all day wasted.no one came.no one rang to keep me update.on the 3rd day their started the same way,by which time I had enough.
Also,their still use the trick of having different prize online from what their then quote.
I could have been just unlucky.
But when I go on trust-pilot.I read the same story over and over again.
This can not be just bad luck.

Booked for a same day callout and was given 2-4pm slot. No one showed up. Called to ask for an update and was told someone would call back. No one called back. Kept calling. Eventually it was explained that the engineer was fixing a gas leak and might not be with me till 6pm. Called again at 6pm and was told I'd have to rearrange for the next day. Booked 9-11am slot the next morning. The engineer did not come. Called numerous times to ask for an update. Was told that the engineers were busy with priorities/emergency leaks, which were prioritised above my booking. The customer service assistant was very polite and friendly, but the company should not take new bookings unless they have the resources or systems to deal with them. It was all a shambles and I kept being given false information which initially meant I didn't try and find an alternative engineer. Do not recommend.

My husband found the company a rip off. They came to mend our tank for the hot water they change the element and said it was OK. When my husband tried the water it was still cold they came back and said it was the timer gone. They said they be back in the morning between 9 and 11 never turned up. My husband made about ten calls before they said they would be back Saturday. I would definitely tell everybody not to use this company. And when they change the element it was over £400 pounds what a rip off

Responsive, professional service at a fair price. This do-it-yourself homeowner was highly impressed with the knowledge and experience of the technician that was sent to repair an emergency Sunday hose bib breakage. This company was very upfront about the increased Sunday repair rate/cost and even suggested waiting until Monday. I appreciate the honesty and workmanship.

Scam service beware.

I was told that I was booked for 430 till 6pm next day, no show, when called up the guy said I'll check what's happening. Didn't call back, when I did call back they refused to answer their phone. Is this how you run a company? Disappointed. Beware. Stay away.

Serviced our boiler for the last 3 years at St Mary's good service and good people

Marvelous , the forecourt was flooding with the torrential rain last Monday , Ben came out with at the machinery and unblocked the drains saving us from further damage , good service

Complete joke cheated us and job not done. Facing major issues with boiler.

this company is a scam
they have false advertisements on their website offering discounted prices which they then know nothing about when you’ve booked.
Was quoted 120+vat even though website offered 75+Vat
If you read other reviews you will find similar experiences.
The lady on the phone was initially nice but after reading reviews we rung back to cancel the appointment and her attitude changed then.
Avoid

Boiler service carried out today on time and at a good price

Quoted us £389 + VAT i.e. £466 to replace a toilet syphon (with a bit of dismantling due to hidden cistern). Obviously we refused this but still had to pay an £85 call out fee for a 10 minute visit. Book through an individual local plumber instead.

Arrived on time even though i called them at 5am, Joe was very thorough when looking for the leak and it was all repaired at a very good price.

left my bathroom a complete mess including used facemasks left out and muck all over the floor. failed to bring their own towels to clean up so used mine without permission. I do not recommend to anyone.

I booked a plumber to arrive the next day at 10 -12. After spending my weekend morning waiting no one showed. I then rang to discover that they had not booked the job due to an error on their end. Very disappointing service, would not re use.

Had these guys out for an emergency , they where fast and affordable and did great work , get in contact with these guys before everyone else, they brought the trust back for me, great communication which is a must
