Their 2FA system does not work

Their 2FA system does not work. A user cannot change the number, and the staff is clueless.

CRA still hasn't received my Payment…

CRA still hasn't received my Payment that was supposed to be sent APRIL 28TH!!!! (It's now May 11. Horrible service!!! Good luck getting a hold of anyone to assist or help. Highly recommend not using this service!!!

Expedited Shipping

I paid for expedited shipping at $39.99. The Plastiq website states "Expedited Delivery⋅FedEx Overnight⋅Tracking Included". I paid before 11:00 am on May 5, 2022. The website indicates that my was mailed on May 5, 2022, but the website states it will be delivered by May 9, 2022. This is not the overnight shipping that I paid for and I never received a tracking number to confirm that I got the overnight shipping that I paid for. I tried contacting the company and got the following response "We will respond to all support requests within 1 business day or less." I never got a response within 1 day or less. The company should not be charging for expedited shipping if it really isn't, and should explain how the customer can track what they paid for.

I don’t find your platform to be the…

I don’t find your platform to be the friendliest. The tabs are not intuitive so I’m constantly checking to locate the correct one. And why don’t payments go directly vs a two- to three-day wait period, especially when you charge a fee!!!!
